From 7d0a05f4c16aba51d980a33184a080f224a025f4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ryan Havar Date: Mon, 7 Sep 2015 23:12:25 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Default fPayAtLeastCustomFee to false This allows for much finer control of the transaction fees per kilobyte as it prevent small transactions using a fee that is more appropriate for one that is of a kilobyte.
