f95e5225fe doxygen: Drop array size declarations from Doxygen parameter names. 
Adding [] to a Doxygen parameter name clashes with Doxygen syntax.

987903826b Globally rename the header inclusion guard names. 
Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the
filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.'  to
'_' and uppercasing the resulting name. Guard names in the root
directory have to be prefixed by "FFMPEG_".

2754fe8ba5 Simple lagged fibonacci PRNG. 
3.5 times faster than our mersene twister.
10 times less memory needed. (=less cache trashing)
