The Matroska muxer has always mapped the title tag to the FileDescription element for attachments streams since support for writing attachments was added in commit c7a63a521b5c165405e3577751d649529d09f0c5. Contributing
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
