Johan T. Halseth 1231c90a19 routing: avoid open DB transaction if no zombies to prune 
We add a simple length check to the channels to be pruned to avoid
opening the DB if there is nothing to be done.

routing

Build Status MIT licensed GoDoc

The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
