We do not expect blinding errors from the final node:
1. If the introduction is the recipient, they should use regular errors.
2. Otherwise, nodes have no business sending this error when they are
not part of a blinded route.
The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel
announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network,
sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our
channel graph state.
