lnd+channeldb: pre-allocate cache size 
To avoid the channel map needing to be re-grown while we fill the cache
initially, we might as well pre-allocate it with a somewhat sane value
to decrease the number of grow events.

routing

Build Status MIT licensed GoDoc

The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
