discovery: fix mocked peer in unit tests ...

The mocked peer used here blocks on `sendToPeer`, which is not the
behavior of the `SendMessageLazy` of `lnpeer.Peer`. To reflect the
reality, we now make sure the `sendToPeer` is non-blocking in the tests.
