routing: return err on validation failure of network update 
This ensures the waiting receiving channel always receives an error to
prevent a deadlock when processing a network update that fails due to
the validation barrier.

Build Status MIT licensed GoDoc

The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.

Installation and Updating
