Naiyuan Qing	0faf1363ee	feat(editor): add bubble menu for text formatting ... Add a floating toolbar that appears when text is selected in the editor. Supports inline marks (bold/italic/strike/code), link editing with URL auto-prefix, heading/list dropdowns, and blockquote toggle. Uses Tiptap's BubbleMenu with fixed positioning and z-50 to escape overflow containers. Hides on editor blur and ancestor scroll, recovers on new selection.
