* fix(editor): fall back to literal paste when markdown parser drops all content
When pasting text like `<T>` or `<MyComponent>`, the CommonMark-compliant
markdown parser treats them as inline HTML tags. ProseMirror's schema doesn't
recognize unknown HTML elements, so they are silently dropped — producing an
empty document from non-empty input.
Detect this case (non-empty input → empty parse result) and fall back to
literal text insertion so the user sees their text instead of nothing.

* fix(editor): escape non-standard HTML tags in paste to prevent content loss
When pasting mixed content containing multiple <tag> patterns (e.g.
"<t>\n裸 `<tag>` 做转\n<tag>\n<t>"), CommonMark treats bare <word>
as inline HTML. ProseMirror silently drops unknown HTML elements,
causing partial content loss. The previous empty-result fallback only
caught the single-tag case where the entire parse result was empty.
Pre-process paste text before markdown parsing: escape <tag> patterns
whose tag name is not a standard HTML element, while respecting inline
code spans and fenced code blocks. Standard HTML (div, br, img, etc.)
passes through normally.

* fix(editor): preserve raw html-like text on paste
* fix(editor): prefer rich html paste when semantic
* fix(editor): avoid native paste when html drops raw tags

Pasting `line1\n\nline2` while the caret was inside a code block ran the
text through the Markdown parser, which split on the blank line and tore
the code block open, dropping the trailing content into a sibling
paragraph.
Detect the codeBlock parent on `handlePaste` and insert the clipboard
text verbatim instead. Code blocks have `code: true`, so newlines stay
literal — exactly what users expect when pasting code or logs.
Closes#1982
Replace Tiptap's BubbleMenu plugin with @floating-ui/react-dom for
all floating editor UI (formatting toolbar, link preview cards).
Architecture:
- useFloating({ strategy:"fixed" }) + createPortal(body) escapes
all overflow:hidden ancestors (Card component, scroll containers)
- autoUpdate + contextElement monitors all scroll ancestors for
repositioning; manual update() on transaction for virtual ref changes
- open prop resets isPositioned on visibility change (no stale-position
flash at 0,0)
- display:none for hiding (not return null which causes blur/focus
cycle, not visibility:hidden which leaves transition artifacts)
- No blur listener — portal DOM updates cause false editor blurs;
outside-click + scroll + resize + Escape handle all close cases
Bug fixes:
- BubbleMenu: remove all custom visibility hacks, let selection state
drive show/hide
- Link preview: new shared card (Copy + Open) for editable editor and
readonly markdown, portaled to body with fixed positioning
- TitleEditor: use JSON content format (not HTML interpolation that
loses < > characters)
- Blob URLs: strip from getMarkdown output during upload
- Markdown paste: check clipboard.files first to avoid intercepting
file paste events
- FileCard: escape HTML attributes in preprocessing
- Link extension: enable linkOnPaste, set defaultProtocol to https,
switch URL normalization to protocol blocklist (only block
javascript:/data:/vbscript:)
Dependencies: add @floating-ui/react-dom, remove @tiptap/extension-bubble-menu
