Bohan Jiang	e2103a240d	fix(server): emit issue:updated when failed-task handler resets stuck issue (#4662) ... HandleFailedTasks resets a stuck in_progress issue back to todo via a direct UpdateIssueStatus, bypassing the HTTP handler that emits issue:updated. Without that event the frontend realtime reconcile never runs, so status-filtered board columns/lists stay stale until the next write. Publish issue:updated (status_changed + prev_status) after the reset. Fixes #4648 (MUL-3782).	2026-06-28 13:01:00 +08:00
