* feat(web): add use-cases content pipeline with welcome page (MUL-2349)
Wire fumadocs-mdx into apps/web with an independent collection rooted at
content/use-cases/. Add the first page at /use-cases/welcome (header + H1 +
prose + screenshot + footer) using the about-page visual shell.
- source.config.ts + lib/use-cases-source.ts (separate from apps/docs)
- features/landing/components/mdx/screenshot.tsx wraps next/image
- public/use-cases/welcome/screenshot-1.png placeholder (55KB)
- next.config.ts wraps NextConfig with createMDX()
- .gitignore + eslint ignore .source/

* feat(web): bilingual db-boy use case with cookie locale (MUL-2349)
Extends the use-cases pipeline into the first real article.
- ZH + EN MDX (auto-data-analysis.{zh,en}.mdx) sharing three real
screenshots; sensitive fields on db-boy-profile.png (RDS host, DB
name, password) are blurred in-place.
- Cookie-based locale: /use-cases/<slug> reads multica-locale
server-side via lib/use-cases-i18n.ts (mirrors LandingLayout's
cookie + Accept-Language fallback). Same URL serves either language;
no [lang] segment so all other landing routes stay unchanged.
- Frontmatter schema (source.config.ts): z.looseObject with declared
hero_image / updated_at (required) / category (optional); a
preprocess converts YAML-auto-parsed Date back to a YYYY-MM-DD string.
- MDX components factory createMdxComponents(locale) routes the
secondary CTA to /docs/zh (ZH) or /docs (EN); internal MDX links
use <Link> for SPA nav; full-width and half-width colons both
trigger [CTA: ...] / [占位图: ...] markers; 副 and Secondary
both work as the secondary CTA prefix.
- Index page localizes hero / subtitle / card CTA / metadata; sort
fallback uses an epoch placeholder so undefined-order disappears.
- Landing header + footer surface use-cases entry in both locales.
- Detail route: sticky header, right-rail TOC with anchor jumps,
scroll-mt-[100px] on H2/H3 so anchor jumps don't slip under the
sticky header.
- Drop welcome demo page.

* fix(web): resolve code review blockers on use-cases PR
- Add `use-cases` to reserved_slugs.json + regenerate TS (P1: prevent
future workspace slug collision)
- Fix dead links in both MDX files: /features/* → /docs/* (P2)
- Remove duplicate brand suffix in page title metadata (nit)

* feat(docs): mount docs site at /docs subpath via basePath + multi-zone
Configure the Fumadocs site so it can be served at multica.ai/docs:
- Add basePath: '/docs' to apps/docs/next.config.mjs
- Flatten routes: drop standalone home, render content/docs/index.mdx at
the root, move catch-all from app/docs/[[...slug]] to app/[...slug]
- Wrap children with DocsLayout in the root layout (was a separate
segment-level layout under app/docs/)
- Set source loader baseUrl to '/' so URL slugs no longer carry the
basePath (Next.js prepends it automatically)
- Strip the now-redundant '/docs/' prefix from internal MDX links and
drop the duplicate "Documentation" nav entry
- Add app/not-found.tsx for App Router 404 handling
Wire up multi-zone routing so apps/web proxies /docs/* to the docs app:
- Add DOCS_URL env (default http://localhost:4000) and rewrites for
/docs and /docs/:path* in apps/web/next.config.ts
- Whitelist DOCS_URL in turbo.json globalEnv
* fix(web): move /docs rewrite to beforeFiles so [workspaceSlug] doesn't shadow it
The /docs rewrite was running in the default afterFiles slot, which is
evaluated *after* file-system routing. apps/web/app/[workspaceSlug]/
matched /docs first as a workspace named "docs" (which doesn't exist) and
returned 404 before the rewrite to the docs Vercel project ever fired.
Splitting rewrites into beforeFiles/afterFiles puts /docs and
/docs/:path* ahead of route resolution so they always proxy to the docs
zone.
Configure the Fumadocs site so it can be served at multica.ai/docs:
- Add basePath: '/docs' to apps/docs/next.config.mjs
- Flatten routes: drop standalone home, render content/docs/index.mdx at
the root, move catch-all from app/docs/[[...slug]] to app/[...slug]
- Wrap children with DocsLayout in the root layout (was a separate
segment-level layout under app/docs/)
- Set source loader baseUrl to '/' so URL slugs no longer carry the
basePath (Next.js prepends it automatically)
- Strip the now-redundant '/docs/' prefix from internal MDX links and
drop the duplicate "Documentation" nav entry
- Add app/not-found.tsx for App Router 404 handling
Wire up multi-zone routing so apps/web proxies /docs/* to the docs app:
- Add DOCS_URL env (default http://localhost:4000) and rewrites for
/docs and /docs/:path* in apps/web/next.config.ts
- Whitelist DOCS_URL in turbo.json globalEnv
On self-hosted deployments where the frontend is the public entrypoint,
uploaded files return 404 because /uploads/* requests aren't proxied to
the backend. Add a rewrite rule following the existing pattern for /api/*,
/ws, and /auth/*.

* feat: add allowedDevOrigins to Next.js config for non-localhost dev access
Wire CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS env var into Next.js allowedDevOrigins config
so that cross-origin HMR/webpack requests from Tailscale or other
non-localhost IPs are not blocked during development.

Migrate all shadcn components into apps/web/components/ui/ so the web app
is fully independent from packages/ui for its UI layer. Update to the
latest shadcn base-nova style. Add missing semantic color variables
(success, warning, info, canvas), font-mono mapping, scrollbar styling,
and wrap Select items in SelectGroup for proper padding.

Move the env var read into the rewrites function so `next build`
succeeds without MULTICA_API_URL set (it is only needed at runtime).

Replace scattered API_URL, MAIN_VITE_API_URL, and RENDERER_VITE_API_URL
with a single MULTICA_API_URL across all apps and packages.
- Desktop: use envPrefix to expose MULTICA_* to main process, rename
RENDERER_VITE_API_URL → RENDERER_VITE_MULTICA_API_URL, remove
MAIN_VITE_API_URL (now read directly via MULTICA_API_URL)
- Web: add .env.development with MULTICA_API_URL, enforce required check
in next.config.ts, update .gitignore to allow .env.development
- Core: make MULTICA_API_URL required in api-client (no silent fallback)
- Scripts: pass MULTICA_API_URL in dev-local.sh for web process
- Turbo: update globalEnv from API_URL to MULTICA_API_URL
- Docs: update references to the new env var name

- Add rewrites in next.config.ts to proxy /api/* to api-dev.copilothub.ai
- Update docs to reflect new local dev workflow (no devd needed)
- Fix web port number in CLAUDE.md (3001 → 3000)
