4d74db89cb feat(issues): richer sub-issue rows in issue detail (MUL-5098) (#5721)
* feat(issues): richer sub-issue rows in issue detail (MUL-5098)

The sub-issues panel showed only status, identifier, title and assignee —
priority, due dates, labels, live agent activity and nested breakdowns
were invisible without opening each child.

- SubIssueRow now shows priority (checkbox-slot swap like list rows),
the agent-activity indicator, label chips (+n overflow), the child's
own done/total progress ring, and an inline-editable due date with
overdue emphasis (muted when the child is done/cancelled)
- Right-click opens the shared issue actions menu via a section-level
IssueContextMenuProvider — parity with list/board surfaces
- ListChildIssues + ListChildrenByParents now bulk-load labels
(same labelsByIssue pattern as the other list endpoints)
- patchIssueLabels patches per-parent children caches;
  invalidateIssueLabelDerivatives refetches the Map-shaped batched
children caches so label changes stay live everywhere

* feat(issues): customizable property display for sub-issue rows (MUL-5098)

The enriched sub-issue rows were a fixed field set — no way to trim
them or surface workspace custom properties.

- New user-level persisted preference (useSubIssueDisplayStore):
  built-in field toggles (priority / labels / sub-issue progress /
due date / assignee) + opted-in custom property ids. Defaults match
the previous fixed layout, so existing users see no change.
- SubIssueDisplayPopover on the section header — same switch-row
interaction as the main views' Display panel, reusing its card_*
locale keys (no new translations needed).
- Rows render opted-in custom property chips (PropertyIcon +
CustomPropertyValueDisplay, list-row parity) only when the child
carries a value; ids resolve against live non-archived definitions,
so foreign-workspace or archived ids are inert.

* fix(issues): make table window filters, selection, and export authoritative

Round-2 review fixes for the issues table (MUL-4797):

- Send the agents-working filter as a server ids facet so matches on
unfetched pages surface and total/pagination/export agree; a present-
but-empty id list yields an empty window instead of an unfiltered one.
- Reset surface selection when the membership window changes and act on
selection ∩ visible rows in the batch toolbar, so batch actions,
Export selected, and the count all share one authoritative set.
- Materialize the full flat window while table grouping is active, and
suspend hierarchy nesting / parent-based grouping until the window is
complete so structure cannot reshuffle as pages arrive; suppress
header facet-count badges while the table window is partial.
- Resolve actor directories and the property catalog at export time and
fail the export instead of writing Unknown* actors or dropping
configured property columns on cold/errored lookups.
- Append a unique id tie-break to the list/grouped ORDER BY and mirror
it in compareIssuesForSort so offset pages are stable across
  same-timestamp ties.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(issues): bound table structure window and align chip/transport/selection

Round-3 review fixes for the issues table (MUL-4797):

- Cap whole-window materialization at TABLE_STRUCTURE_MAX_WINDOW (1000):
below it the remaining pages load automatically — hierarchy applies
without scrolling to the last page — and above it grouping/hierarchy
suspend with an explicit toolbar notice instead of triggering an
unbounded workspace download from a persisted view option.
- Give the agents-working chip the authoritative in-window running set
(the ids-facet window query, shared key with the filter-on state) so
its badge can no longer say 0 while the filter would find matches on
unfetched pages; falls back to loaded-row scoping elsewhere.
- Route ids-facet windows through a new POST /api/issues/query twin —
hundreds of running-issue UUIDs overflow the ~8 KB GET request-line
  budget of common proxies. The body carries the same key/value pairs;
the handler rebuilds the query string and delegates to ListIssues.
- Reset surface selection during render (key-change pattern) instead of
a post-commit effect, so no frame ever pairs new membership with the
  old selection.

* fix(issues): harden table auto-pagination against errors and stale totals

Round-4 review fixes for the issues table (MUL-4797):

- Stop the structure materialization loop (and the scroll sentinel) when
the window query is in error state — a persistently failing page left
hasNextPage true and isFetchingNextPage false after every attempt, so
the ungated effect refired forever. Resuming is an explicit toolbar
Retry. The advancement decision now lives in a pure, tested
  shouldAutoLoadNextStructurePage helper.
- Make the structure ceiling a hard stop: the ceiling check reads the
LATEST page's total (pagination already advances on it, so a stale
small page-1 total could re-open unbounded materialization), and the
loop additionally halts on loaded count >= ceiling regardless of any
  reported total.
- Drive the working (ids-facet) window to completion — it is inherently
bounded by the running set — and treat it as the chip's authoritative
scope only when complete, so >100 running issues no longer under-count
  as a single page.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(issues): make working-window pagination capped and unknown-aware

Round-5 (final) review fixes for the issues table (MUL-4797):

- The working (ids-facet) window now advances through the same
shouldAutoLoadNextWindowPage gates as the structure loop — it shares
the main table's cache key while the agents-working filter is on, so
an uncapped chip-driven loop re-opened the very ceiling the table just
enforced. An over-ceiling window stops after page one.
- A cold-load failure of the flat window is an ERROR state, not an empty
workspace: isEmpty only claims empty on a successful zero-result
fetch, and the surface renders a dedicated failed-to-load state with a
reachable Retry (the in-table Retry never mounted without data).
- The chip scope is now tri-state honest: a COMPLETE window (or an empty
running set) yields a precise count, keepPreviousData carries the
last-known-complete set across re-keys, and everything else — cold
resolving, failed, over the ceiling — presents as an explicit unknown
('Agents working: —') instead of a number derived from whichever
incomplete window happened to be loaded.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(issues): single pagination owner and placeholder-honest chip scope

Round-6 review fixes for the issues table (MUL-4797):

- Exclude placeholder data from the working-window completeness gate:
on a re-key (running set or facet change) keepPreviousData leaves the
OLD key's rows visible, and pairing them with the new task snapshot
published a precise-looking number for a scope nobody fetched. The
scope now reads unknown until the new key resolves.
- Make the shared table query single-owner while the agents-working
filter is on: the chip's background loop no longer answers the same
render snapshot as TableView's structure loop, and every auto caller
(structure loop, working loop, scroll sentinel, retry) now uses
  fetchNextPage({cancelRefetch: false}) so a concurrent responder
no-ops instead of cancel/restarting a fetch whose HTTP request is not
abortable — which had been duplicating every offset.

b85bb71a58 feat: custom issue properties — typed workspace-defined fields with list-surface support (MUL-4463) (#5335)
* feat(server): custom issue properties — definitions, typed values, CLI (MUL-4463)

Workspace-level property definitions (issue_property table; 7 types:
text/number/select/multi_select/date/checkbox/url) plus a typed value bag
on each issue (issue.properties JSONB keyed by definition UUID, mirroring
the metadata machinery: single-key atomic writes, 16KB cap, GIN index).

- Definitions: owner/admin only; agent actors rejected (agents propose,
humans confirm). 20 active per workspace, 50 options per select,
reserved built-in names blocked, archive instead of delete.
- Values: any member or agent; per-type validation with self-correcting
error messages that enumerate legal option ids.
- API: /api/properties CRUD + PUT/DELETE /api/issues/{id}/properties/{propertyId};
issue responses always emit the properties bag.
- CLI: multica property list/get/create/update/archive/unarchive and
multica issue property list/set/unset with name→id translation.
- Events: property:created/updated, issue_properties:changed.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* feat(web): custom properties settings tab + issue sidebar editors (MUL-4463)

- Settings → Properties: definition management mirroring the Labels tab
(list with type badges/option chips/usage counts, create/edit dialog
  with option editor, archive/restore, 20-cap indicator). Admin-gated;
  members see a read-only catalog.
- Issue detail sidebar: custom properties join the built-in optional
props' progressive disclosure — set values render as rows with
  type-appropriate editors (select/multi-select pickers, calendar,
yes/no, inline input for text/number/url), unset ones live in the
same '+ Add property' menu behind a separator. Archived definitions
  render read-only until cleared.
- Core: property types, zod schemas (lenient type strings for forward
compat), api client methods, React Query hooks with optimistic
single-key value writes, ws-updaters + realtime wiring for
  property:created/updated and issue_properties:changed.
- Locales: en/zh-Hans/ja/ko strings; Issue fixtures gain properties: {}.

* fix(properties): address MUL-4463 review round 1 — mobile CI, option guard, mutation safety, schema tolerance

- mobile: EMPTY_ISSUE_FALLBACK gains the required properties field (mobile
typecheck was the red CI check).
- server: PATCH /api/properties/{id} rejects config updates that remove
select options still referenced by issues (409 with a per-option usage
census via jsonb ?); renames keep ids and pass. Integration test included.
- core: property value mutations are serialized per workspace via mutation
scope, snapshot the bag from detail OR list caches (board surfaces have no
detail cache — the old path overwrote whole bags with one key), roll back
to the snapshot or invalidate on error, and the last settled mutation does
an authoritative detail+catalog invalidate (usage counts reconcile).
- schemas: unknown-shaped property values (future server types) are dropped
per-entry in a preprocess step instead of failing the whole IssueSchema
and blanking lists through parseWithFallback; test updated to lock the
  tolerant behavior.
- realtime: reconnect invalidation covers the property catalog; every
issue_properties:changed event also refreshes catalog usage counts.
- ui: number editor accepts decimals (step=any); settings usage count
pluralizes (issue/issues) with CJK-safe plural keys.

* fix(migrations): renumber issue properties to 179 and build the GIN index concurrently

main's migration sequence advanced twice under this PR (167 collision, then
an upstream renumber wave that claimed 178), so issue properties now sits at
179 — verified against main's current tip by the prefix-uniqueness lint.

The properties GIN index moves to its own single-statement migration (180)
using CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY — a plain CREATE INDEX on the hot issue
table would block writes for the duration of the build. Mirrors the
119_user_created_at_index pattern; full-chain dry-run on a fresh database
passes through 180.

* feat(web): custom-property list surfaces — filter, cards, sort, board grouping (MUL-4463 M2)

Brings custom properties to the issue list surfaces on top of the M1
definitions/values core:

- Filter: per-definition sections in the Filter dropdown (select /
multi_select options with color dots and counts; checkbox as Yes/No
  pseudo-options). OR within a definition, AND across definitions;
client-side in applyIssueFilters, mirrored into filterAssigneeGroups
for the assignee-grouped board. Included in active-filter count and
  Clear all.
- Cards: per-property Display toggles (cardPropertyIds) render value
chips on board cards and list rows via CustomPropertyValueDisplay.
- Sort: SortField gains property:<id> for number/date definitions.
Server keeps position order (fixed sort enum); the surface controller
  re-sorts client-side, swimlane/gantt reuse the same comparator.
Date-only strings compare lexically; missing values sort last.
- Board grouping: IssueGrouping gains property:<id> for select
definitions — one column per option (definition order) plus a
  trailing No-value column, option-colored headings. Drag-drop moves
position via UpdateIssue and applies the value through
  useSetIssueProperty/useUnsetIssueProperty (properties are not part
of UpdateIssueRequest). Stale persisted property groupings fall back
  to status columns.

View-store: propertyFilters + cardPropertyIds persisted via the
partialize allowlist; clearFilters resets property filters; new fields
deep-merge cleanly into pre-existing persisted snapshots.

* fix(properties): address MUL-4463 review round 2 — desc sort, option bucketing, archived-state reconciliation

- sort: direction now applies to value comparison only; issues without a
value sort last in BOTH directions (the whole-array reverse flipped them
to the front on desc). Test covers the desc+missing case.
- board: values referencing an option removed from the definition bucket
into the No-value column instead of vanishing (unmatched column ids
dropped the issue entirely). Defense-in-depth behind the new server-side
in-use guard; drag-utils test locks both behaviors.
- controller: persisted propertyFilters keyed by archived/deleted
definitions are stripped before reaching the filter predicates, and a
persisted property sort on a non-active definition degrades to manual
order — previously both kept silently applying while the header claimed
otherwise. The filter badge counts only active-definition filters.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* feat(properties): server-side property filtering and sorting on list endpoints

Property filter/sort now execute in the database, so results are correct
across the full issue set — not just the loaded 50-per-status window
(closes MUL-4493 item 1's filter/sort half; requested on MUL-4463).

- New `properties` query param on ListIssues and ListGroupedIssues:
JSON {definitionId: [values]} compiled to an AND-of-ORs containment
check (double NOT EXISTS over jsonb_array_elements). One value expands
to every storage shape it could match — string (select), array element
(multi_select), boolean (checkbox) — so the handler stays type-agnostic.
  Guarded at 20 definitions / 50 values.
- `sort=property:<definitionId>` resolves the definition and orders by a
typed expression (numeric CASE cast for number, NULLIF text for
date/text/url); missing values sort last in both directions. Malformed
ids 400; unknown/archived definitions degrade to position order instead
  of breaking stale clients.
- Frontend: the property filter and property sort ride the IssueSortParam
window bag, so every surface (workspace + my-issues variants), query
key, and per-status load-more page carries them automatically. The
client-side re-sort layer is gone; applyIssueFilters keeps its property
  predicate as an optimistic-update backstop.
- Regression test seeds 55 issues and proves a match at position 55 is
returned by a filtered 50-row page, plus sort order/missing-last,
AND-across-definitions, and the 400/fallback sort paths.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(properties): address review round 3 — cache reconcile, merged-scope order, GIN-indexable filter, pool loader

- Cache reconciliation: property value writes (mutation settle + WS event)
now invalidate every issue window whose server-side shape depends on
property values — queries filtered by `properties` or sorted by
`property:<id>` (detected via query-key predicate), covering flat lists,
assignee groups, and my-issues variants. Windows without property params
keep the cheap in-place patch. Fixes stale ordering/membership/counts
  under staleTime:Infinity.
- My Issues "All" scope: merged assigned/created/involves results are
re-sorted with a comparator mirroring the server ORDER BY semantics
(including property sorts and missing-last, created_at DESC tiebreak) in
both the flat and assignee-grouped merge paths — relation concatenation
no longer overrides the user's sort.
- Filter predicate rebuilt as plain bind-parameter containment ORs
(AND across definitions): EXPLAIN now shows BitmapOr over
  idx_issue_properties_gin (the correlated jsonb_array_elements form
defeated the index). Alternatives capped at 256 bind params.
- Property-grouped board gains a pool loader strip: one sentinel per
status that still has server rows, keeping every issue reachable until
  per-column pagination lands (MUL-4493).
- Windowing regression test hardened: explicit positions + an assertion
that the unfiltered first page excludes the target (the old fixture tied
at position 0 and the created_at DESC tiebreak put the target on page
  one, proving nothing).
- Rollback safety: /api/properties 404 (old server) degrades to an empty
catalog instead of a query error, which also keeps property params from
ever being sent to pre-property servers; migration 179's CHECK
constraints switch to NOT VALID + VALIDATE so the exclusive lock is
  instantaneous.

* fix(properties): harden concurrency and cache coordination from clean-room review

Backend (MUL-4762 F1/F4/F5):
- withPropertyLock: pg_advisory_xact_lock helper; definition create/update
and value writes now serialize config-vs-value and cap-vs-insert races
(workspace-level 'props:' lock + per-definition 'prop:' lock, ordered).
- propertySortExpr degrades archived definitions to position sort.

Frontend (F2/F3/F6):
- onIssuePropertiesChanged invalidates plain assignee-group caches too.
- Property value mutations cancel list refetches in onMutate and roll back
only the touched key against the current bag (concurrent WS writes to
other keys survive a failed write).
- useUpdateIssue reconcile drops the stale properties bag from the server
snapshot; the property pipeline owns that field.
- Surface controller passes persisted property filters/sorts through
until the catalog query settles (cold cache no longer strips them).

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(properties): open_only branch honors the properties filter

ListOpenIssues takes the parsed AND-of-ORs containment groups as a single
jsonb properties_filter param and unrolls them with a static double
NOT EXISTS; previously the open_only path parsed the properties param and
silently dropped it (clean-room review F7a).

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(properties): toast on failed board drag to a property column

Property-column drags rolled the card back silently on failure; mirror
the status/assignee drag path (use-issue-surface-actions) so the
snap-back is explained (clean-room review F3, drag half).

3f02083fec feat(editor): Linear-style issue identifier autolink (MUL-4241) (#5090)
* feat(editor): Linear-style issue identifier autolink (MUL-4241)

Bare issue identifiers (e.g. MUL-123, TES-1) now render as navigable issue
chips and can be typed/pasted into a real mention, instead of staying inert
text. Covers Phase 1 (readonly render) and Phase 2 (editable editor); the
Phase 3 batch resolve API is intentionally deferred.

Phase 1 — readonly render autolink
- Pure, markdown-aware detector `preprocessIssueIdentifiers` in
  @multica/ui/markdown rewrites bare identifiers to
  `[MUL-123](mention://issue/MUL-123)`, skipping code, existing links,
URLs, and file/path tokens. Runs before linkify/file-card.
- `isIssueIdentifier` distinguishes a bare identifier from a real mention
UUID at render time (a UUID never matches the identifier pattern).
- Chat markdown and comment/description readonly both resolve identifiers
to a real issue via a workspace-scoped, exact-match TanStack Query
(`issueIdentifierOptions`), rendering a chip on a hit and plain text on a
  miss / cross-workspace / while loading. The exact `identifier ===` filter
enforces the workspace prefix, since the backend search matches by number.
- Autolink is opt-in per surface; the shared editable preprocess pipeline is
untouched so editable content is never rewritten with fake mentions.

Phase 2 — editable editor input/paste
- Async ProseMirror plugin resolves a completed identifier (boundary typed
after it, or found in pasted text) and swaps it for an issue mention node,
serialising to canonical `[MUL-123](mention://issue/<uuid>)`. Only genuine
user edits seed candidates (programmatic setContent is gated), so opening
  existing content never rewrites it. Resolver injected from the setup layer;
no React hooks inside the extension.

Tests: detector (code/link/url/path skips, dedupe), core resolver (exact
match, wrong-prefix miss, empty response, key shape), chat + readonly render
(hit/miss/code/canonical), and the editable extension (type/paste/miss/
inline-code/mount-safe/incomplete-token).

* fix(editor): scope Phase 2 autolink to the captured candidate range (MUL-4241)

Howard final-review blocker: the async resolve rescanned the whole document
for every occurrence of the resolved identifier, so completing a new `MUL-1`
also rewrote a pre-existing `MUL-1` the user never touched (persisted-content
rewrite; violated "opening existing content is not rewritten").

Fix: capture the specific candidate range(s) a user transaction introduces —
the token before the caret when typing, the tokens inside the pasted slice on
paste — into plugin state, mapping each range forward on every subsequent
transaction. After async resolve, replace ONLY those mapped ranges, verifying
each still holds exactly that identifier with intact boundaries and no
code/link mark. No document-wide scan by identifier. Also skip link-marked
text at capture so an existing link label is never converted.

Regression tests: (1) typing a new MUL-1 converts only the new occurrence,
not a pre-existing identical one; (2) paste converts identifiers inside the
paste range but leaves an identical one outside it untouched; (3) an
identifier already carrying an explicit link mark is not replaced.

0582db356e feat(issues): make cancelled a default status, not filter-gated (MUL-4290) (#5135)
MUL-4261 surfaced cancelled issues only when the status filter explicitly
selected "cancelled": a separate BOARD_STATUSES (six statuses, cancelled
excluded) plus a runtime showCancelled gate hid cancelled from the default
list/board/swimlane. That is the wrong product model — cancelled is a
lifecycle state in the same category as todo/in_progress/done/blocked and
should be a first-class default column.

- Remove BOARD_STATUSES. Its only purpose was to exclude cancelled, which
this change reverses. PAGINATED_STATUSES is now ALL_STATUSES; the surface's
  default visible/hidden status derivation, the assignee-grouped board's
default status set, and the swimlane column fallback all use ALL_STATUSES.
- Remove the `bucketedIssues.filter(status !== "cancelled")` gate in the
surface data layer. Cancelled flows through to list/board/swimlane columns,
header facet counts, batch selection, and isEmpty like every other status.
- hiddenStatuses derives from ALL_STATUSES, so cancelled participates in the
board show/hide controls consistently (hideStatus already used ALL_STATUSES).

The status filter now narrows the visible set instead of unlocking an
otherwise-hidden bucket. Cancelled renders last (its canonical ALL_STATUSES
position). Mobile keeps its own status mirror and is out of scope.

Regression tests updated: controller now asserts cancelled is a default
visible status, the filter narrows (and can hide cancelled), swimlane renders
the Cancelled column by default and drops it only when the filter narrows past
it, and the assignee board fetches cancelled by default.

6077f1a9b0 feat(issues): surface cancelled issues via status filter (MUL-4261) (#5099)
* feat(issues): surface cancelled issues via status filter (MUL-4261)

Cancelled issues were never visible in the web/desktop issue surface:
`PAGINATED_STATUSES`/`BOARD_STATUSES` excluded `cancelled`, so the list/
board/swimlane never fetched or rendered it, and the status filter offered
a "Cancelled" checkbox that resolved to an empty list.

Implement plan A (fetch-always, hide-by-default):

- `PAGINATED_STATUSES` now includes `cancelled`, so it is always fetched
into the byStatus cache and rebuckets correctly when an issue is
cancelled (previously the card was dropped). `BOARD_STATUSES` stays the
  default *visible* column set.
- The surface gates the flattened list on the status filter: cancelled
issues are excluded from `surfaceIssues` (and therefore list/board/
swimlane columns, header facet counts, batch selection, and isEmpty)
unless the filter explicitly selects "cancelled". Then a Cancelled
  section appears, sorted last.
- `hiddenStatuses` stays board-only, so cancelled is never offered as a
  hideable/persistent board column.

Dragging a card into the Cancelled column (visible only when filtered)
sets status=cancelled through the existing generic column DnD — no new
entry point or copy added.

Non-goals (unchanged): mobile, member/agent archive surfaces, an
always-on cancelled column.

* fix(issues): swimlane must keep the cancelled column when filtered (MUL-4261)

The swimlane derived its status columns as
`BOARD_STATUSES.filter(s => visibleStatuses.includes(s))`, re-imposing
canonical order by intersecting with BOARD_STATUSES. Since BOARD_STATUSES
omits `cancelled`, a filter-selected Cancelled column was silently dropped
even though the controller's `visibleStatuses` included it — the surface
fetched and gated cancelled correctly, but swimlane never rendered it.

Filter against ALL_STATUSES instead: same canonical ordering, but a
selected `cancelled` column now survives. `hiddenStatuses` stays
board-only, so cancelled is still never a hideable/persistent column.

Regression tests:
- swimlane renders a Cancelled column + its cards when cancelled is in
  visibleStatuses, and omits it otherwise (verified failing pre-fix);
- controller asserts hiddenStatuses never contains cancelled.

for @multica/views.

* feat(issues): server-side assignee_types filter on ListIssues

ListGroupedIssues has taken assignee_types since squads shipped, but
ListIssues never did — so the workspace Members/Agents tabs had to fetch
the unfiltered workspace list and post-filter loaded pages client-side,
which made column totals and load-more pagination reflect the unfiltered
counts.

Add the same parse + WHERE clause to ListIssues (count query shares the
WHERE, so totals agree), thread the param through the TS client, and
widen MyIssuesFilter so scoped list caches can carry it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(issues): route issue cache writes through a membership-aware coordinator

useUpdateIssue, useBatchUpdateIssues, and the WS issue:updated handler
each maintained their own similar-but-diverging patch/invalidate rules.
Consolidate them into cache-coordinator.ts (applyIssueChange /
rollbackIssueChange / invalidateIssueDerivatives) so local writes and
remote echoes follow one rules table by construction.

The coordinator is membership-aware via surface/membership.ts
(true | false | unknown against each list cache's own filter contract):

- a change that moves an issue off a filtered surface removes the card
surgically (bucket total decremented) — fixes assignee changes leaving
stale cards on My Assigned with no local safety net (previously only
the WS echo recovered it), and replaces the blanket invalidate-myAll
net for project moves (MUL-3669) with per-key precision
- possible entry into a loaded list marks that key stale — never
  hard-insert; page/slot is server knowledge
- stale keys flush on settle for mutations (a mid-flight refetch would
stomp the optimistic state) and immediately for WS
- batch updates now patch detail + inbox like single updates; the
off-screen bucket-count recovery previously exclusive to the WS path
  now covers local mutations too

Preserved invariants: synchronous optimistic patches (dnd-kit), MUL-3375
control-field stripping, and no refetch of surgically reconciled lists
(the drag-flicker fix).

* refactor(issues): resolve surfaces via core query plan/repository with window-keyed remount

Read-path convergence and the loading/empty semantics that fall out of
it:

- scope -> API params moves from scope.ts helpers into
  surface/query-plan.ts; workspace members/agents become server-filtered
scoped plans (assignee_types) and the client postFilter machinery is
deleted — tab counts and load-more are now exact
- query selection moves behind surface/repository.ts; the views data
hook no longer branches on workspace-vs-scoped plumbing
- IssueSurfaceContent remounts on data-window change (wsId + scope):
keepPreviousData placeholders keep sort/filter changes flicker-free
within one window but must never let project A's (or workspace A's)
cards impersonate B's with no loading state — cold window shows the
skeleton, warm window hits cache instantly
- isEmpty is only asserted from full-window data; the gantt
scheduled-only projection can't prove the window is empty, so GanttView's
own "no scheduled issues" empty state renders instead of the generic
  create-issue one
- per-card project lookups hoist into a surface-level projectMap (drops
  a per-card useQuery), create-defaults typing tightens to
  IssueCreateDefaults

* perf(issues): count-only arithmetic for off-window status/membership changes

An issue beyond a list's loaded page window used to force a full
first-page refetch just to fix two column counts. When the change is
CERTAIN (base entity known, membership definitive) the coordinator now
does the arithmetic locally:

- stayed a member + status changed: move one unit of total between the
two buckets (loaded arrays untouched; hasMore stays consistent)
- left the list (reassigned / re-projected): old status bucket total -1
- member-to-member reassignment: counts unaffected, not even a stale key

Entering a list and any uncertainty (no base, unknown membership) still
refetch — the right page/slot is server knowledge. Branches on membership
OUTCOMES, not on which field changed, so future dimensions (team) join
automatically. Biggest win is the WS path: agents flipping off-screen
statuses no longer trigger refetch storms.

* feat(issues): deferred view-refresh indicator during placeholder revalidation

Sort/date changes (and any grouped-board filter change) revalidate behind
the previous snapshot — correct, but on a slow network the click felt
dead: content stays put and isLoading never fires. Surface the state as
isRefreshing (isPlaceholderData of the active query) and render a shared
ViewRefreshIndicator in every issues header: a fixed-width slot (zero
layout shift) whose spinner fades in after 300ms, so sub-second responses
show nothing (NN/g) while slow ones get a working signal.

Bound to the revalidation STATE, not to any particular control — any
current or future server-side view change lights it automatically.

4ab335b8a5 MUL-3416: Issue pre-trigger preview + Handoff Note (#4383)
* feat(issues): unify run-enqueue decision behind WillEnqueueRun + preview endpoint

Collapse the issue update/batch enqueue copies into one service predicate
service.IssueService.WillEnqueueRun, shared verbatim with a new dry-run
endpoint POST /api/issues/preview-trigger so the four entry points stop
drifting (squad/self-loop/batch omissions, MUL-3375). The private-agent gate
stays at the HTTP boundary: write paths inject allow-all, preview injects the
real gate so it never leaks a private agent's readiness.

Add suppress_run to issue update/batch: the change applies but no run starts.
Remove the now-dead handler mirrors shouldEnqueueSquadLeaderOnAssign /
isSquadLeaderReady. service.Create and the comment trigger chain are untouched.

Tests: preview behavior, preview<->write-path match, batch aggregation,
member no-trigger, suppress_run skip, malformed-body 400.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* feat(issues): inject handoff note into assigned runs via first-class task field

Add an optional handoff_note carried by issue assign/promote into the run's
opening prompt and issue_context.md, via a dedicated agent_task_queue column
(migration 122) and a daemon assignment-handoff render branch — never a
fabricated comment, never trigger_comment_id (MUL-3375 §6.1).

Thread the note through enqueueIssueTask/enqueueMentionTask + WithHandoff
public variants and dispatchIssueRun; suppress_run or a parked write drops it
(no run = nothing to inject). Soft version gate: MinHandoffCLIVersion +
HandoffSupported, surfaced per-trigger as handoff_supported in the preview so
the UI can gray the note box on old daemons; the assignment never hard-fails.

Tests: daemon prompt + issue_context render via the assignment branch (not
quick-create/comment), version helper matrix, note persists on the task,
suppressed assign enqueues nothing.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* feat(issues): leave a display-only handoff record on the timeline

When an assign/promote with a handoff note starts a run, write one
type='handoff' timeline record via TaskService.RecordHandoff — a direct
Queries.CreateComment + timeline event that bypasses Handler.CreateComment, so
it never reaches triggerTasksForComment and cannot start a second run
(MUL-3375 §6.2, the must-not-retrigger invariant). Author is the actor who
handed off; body is the note. Migration 123 admits the 'handoff' comment type.
Recorded only on a real run start: suppress_run or a parked write writes
nothing. enqueueSquadLeaderTask now reports whether it enqueued so the trace
is gated on an actual dispatch.

Test: exactly one handoff record on assign-with-note, exactly one task (no
re-trigger), and no record when suppressed.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* feat(issues): frontend plumbing for issue-trigger preview + handoff (core)

Add api.previewIssueTrigger + IssueTriggerPreviewSchema (zod parseWithFallback),
the use-issue-trigger-preview hook, issueKeys.issueTriggerPreview(+All) with WS
queue-state invalidation, suppress_run/handoff_note on UpdateIssueRequest, the
'handoff' CommentType, and stripping of the control fields from optimistic
update/batch cache patches (MUL-3375 §9).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(issues): exclude handoff records from new-comment counting

type='handoff' is a display-only timeline record, not conversation. Exclude it
from CountNewCommentsSince so a handoff note never inflates the count of
"new comments to catch up on" fed to a claiming agent (MUL-3375 §12). Analytics
already excludes it (RecordHandoff is a direct write that emits no analytics
event), and the comment-trigger path is already bypassed.

Test: a handoff record does not bump the new-comment count; a real comment does.

* feat(issues): pre-trigger preview UI, handoff note, timeline card (web/desktop)

Wire the §9 frontend onto the preview endpoint + handoff fields:
- Delete the backlog blocking dialog (backlog-agent-hint*) and its modal type;
the over-eager nag is gone. Backlog awareness is now a passive label.
- RunConfirmModal: single assign + batch assign/status route here. Shows the
  backend predicate's verdict ("将启动 @X" / "将启动 N 个" / parked), an optional
handoff note (assign only, soft-gated by handoff_supported), and 暂不启动 —
then applies via update/batch. No frontend guessing.
- create modal: passive CreateRunHint ("将启动 @X" / backlog parked).
- single status change stays a direct apply (unchanged).
- timeline: render type='handoff' as a distinct, non-interactive handoff card.
- i18n run_confirm + handoff_card across en/ja/ko/zh-Hans; drop backlog action
  keys; locale parity green.

Tests: use-issue-actions (assign → run-confirm modal, member → direct),
create-issue + comment-card suites updated/green; views typecheck + lint clean.

* test(issues): use a valid anchor in the handoff count-exclusion test

CountNewCommentsSince filters id <> @anchor_id; SQL id <> NULL is NULL and
excludes every row, so an empty anchor made the control assertion read 0. The
production caller always passes a real anchor — mirror that with a non-matching
sentinel uuid.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* test(core): preview schema malformed/missing/null fallback coverage

Cover IssueTriggerPreviewSchema via parseWithFallback (MUL-3375): well-formed
parse, top-level + item default fills (empty/older backend), and fallback to
{ triggers: [], total_count: 0 } for malformed shapes, a dropped required
issue_id, a wrong-typed total_count, and null/non-object bodies — so the four
entry points degrade to "nothing will start" instead of throwing.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* refactor(issues): remove display-only handoff timeline record (留痕)

The handoff "留痕" timeline record (type='handoff' comment written on run
start) was judged superfluous and dropped per product call. This removes
only the display-only trace; the handoff NOTE injection into the run's
opening prompt + issue_context.md is untouched.

- backend: drop RecordHandoff + its call in dispatchIssueRun
- db: drop the `type <> 'handoff'` exclusion in CountNewCommentsSince and
  migration 123 (comment_type_check reverts to the 4-type set from 001);
no production data exists for this unreleased feature
- frontend: drop the "handoff" CommentType, HandoffCard, and handoff_card
  i18n (all locales)
- tests: drop handoff_count_test.go and the record-write assertions in
  issue_trigger_preview_test.go (note-injection tests retained)

* feat(issues): dismissable run-confirm modal + team-handoff copy

Two fixes to the pre-trigger confirm modal (MUL-3375).

1. Dismissable: switch RunConfirmModal from AlertDialog to the standard
shadcn Dialog so it has the close (X) button + Esc + click-outside.
Previously the only choices were "start" / "don't start now" with no
way to abort the action entirely; dismissing now cancels with no write.

2. Copy: rework the action-surface wording away from the backend term
"run" toward team-handoff voice — 指派 / 开始 / 交接 (run stays only on
record surfaces). Unifies the note's three names to "交接说明", and
   parallels the rewrite across en/ja/ko.

* chore(agent): bump handoff note min CLI version to 0.3.28

The daemon release that renders handoff notes ships in 0.3.28 (0.3.27
was the prior tag), so move the soft-gate threshold up. Below this the
note is silently dropped and the frontend grays the note box — assignment
is never blocked.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(issues): skip run-confirm when batch-moving issues to backlog

A move into backlog never starts a run (service/issue_trigger.go), so the
pre-trigger confirm modal degenerated to an empty "won't start" box with a
single Apply button — pure friction. Apply directly instead, matching the
single-issue status path. Other target statuses still route through the
modal.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(issues): refine pre-trigger preview hint and copy

- Move the create-issue run hint to a reveal band (grid 0fr→1fr) above the
property toolbar. It was sharing the footer button row and, lacking a
width constraint, reflowed the submit buttons whenever it appeared.
Restyle to a borderless, comment-style avatar+caption that is purely a
  caption (non-interactive avatar).
- Distinguish squad from agent in the pre-trigger copy: a squad's leader
evaluates and delegates rather than "starting work" itself. Add
  will_start_named_squad / will_start_squad / create_will_start_squad across
  en/zh/ja/ko (reusing the squad_leader_* evaluate→arrange vocabulary) and
branch run-confirm + the create hint on squad assignees.
- Bold the assignee name in the run-confirm headline via a language-safe
sentinel split (no per-language prefix/suffix keys).
- Align zh "开始处理" → "开始工作" on the single-assign copy.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* test(issues): stub ActorAvatar in create-issue suite

CreateRunHint now renders an ActorAvatar for agent/squad assignees, which
pulls in getActorInitials/getActorAvatarUrl + the workspace/presence/navigation
hook tree. This form-focused suite only stubbed getActorName, so the
squad-forwarding test crashed with "getActorInitials is not a function". Stub
the avatar inert — its own behavior is covered elsewhere.

a0b63462d0 fix(issues): keep comment trigger preview fresh against live queue state (#4007)
The preview answer depends on live queue state (pending-task dedup), not
just the mention set, so three staleness bugs showed up around it:

- staleTime: Infinity pinned a "nobody triggers" snapshot taken while
the mentioned agent was still queued — the chip never appeared even
though sending really did wake the agent (create recomputes).
-> staleTime: 0, cached signatures revalidate in the background.
- The in-flight gap on a signature change rendered as an empty agent
list, flickering the chips and wiping the composer's suppressed-id
set via the pruning effect. -> placeholderData: keepPreviousData.
- Nothing refreshed an open composer when an agent's task finished.
-> the WS task-lifecycle handler now also invalidates the
commentTriggerPreviewAll prefix, so chips appear mid-typing the
moment the agent becomes triggerable again.

* Test note comments skip create triggers

* feat(issues): redesign comment trigger chips as avatar chips

Single agent renders as avatar + presence dot + full sentence; several
agents collapse to an overlapping stack + active count, mirroring the
header working chip. Per-agent skip moves into a click-opened popover
(hover layers stay read-only tooltips); suppression reads as brightness,
not a ban glyph. Loading and preview errors render nothing.

Also: share one tooltip body across chip and popover rows, invalidate
cached previews after a comment lands (the enqueued task changes the
dedup answer), move the preview query key into issueKeys, and drop the
now-unconsumed status field from useCommentTriggerPreview.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(server): drop comment trigger wrappers kept only for tests

enqueueMentionedAgentTasks and shouldEnqueueSquadLeaderOnComment had no
production callers after the compute/enqueue split — the comment path
goes through computeCommentAgentTriggers. Tests now exercise the compute
functions directly via package-local helpers, so the legacy adapters
cannot drift from the real path.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs(skills): sync mentioning/squads source maps with shared trigger computation

The squads source map still pointed the comment-trigger contract at the
pre-refactor call chain (comment.go:940 -> shouldEnqueueSquadLeaderOnComment),
and the mentioning skill referenced the deleted wrapper. Re-anchor both
to computeCommentAgentTriggers / computeAssignedSquadLeaderCommentTrigger
/ computeMentionedAgentCommentTriggers with current line numbers.

9455310c0c fix(realtime): invalidate per-issue caches on WS reconnect (#3992)
* fix(realtime): invalidate per-issue caches on WS reconnect (MUL-3189)

Per-issue caches (timeline, reactions, subscribers, usage, attachments,
tasks) are keyed without wsId, so the issueKeys.all(wsId) prefix in
invalidateWorkspaceScopedQueries never reached them. With the
staleTime: Infinity default they rely entirely on WS events for
freshness, so a comment:created event lost during a disconnect (e.g.
macOS sleep) left the timeline stale until a full view reload — the
inbox showed the agent's new comment while the issue's comment area
stayed empty.

Add *All prefix helpers for the per-issue key families and invalidate
them in the reconnect / WS-instance-change recovery path. Inactive
caches are only marked stale and refetch on next mount; the mounted
issue refetches immediately, matching its existing useWSReconnect
behavior, so this does not reintroduce the MUL-1941 memo thrash.

Fixes #3953

612ac8f28e feat(issues): server-side sort + fix drag position corruption (#3228)
* refactor(editor): split rich text styles

* feat(issues): server-side sort + fix drag position corruption in non-manual sort

Backend: ListIssues and ListGroupedIssues now accept `sort` and `direction`
query params (position/priority/title/created_at/start_date/due_date).
ListIssues converted from sqlc to hand-written SQL for dynamic ORDER BY.
Priority sort uses CASE expression for semantic ordering.

Frontend: query keys include sort so changing sort triggers server refetch.
Client-side sortIssues() removed from board-view and list-view.

Drag-and-drop: non-manual sort disables within-column reorder (prevents
silent position corruption). Cross-column drag only updates status/assignee,
preserves original position. Column overlay shows current sort during drag.

Cache: query key split into prefix (list) for invalidation and full key
(listSorted) for queryOptions. All optimistic update paths use prefix
matching via getQueriesData to work with any active sort.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(board): prevent drag flicker by settling columns until mutation refetch

After drag-and-drop, the optimistic cache patch updates position values
without reordering the bucket array. The useEffect that rebuilds columns
from TQ data would overwrite the correct local drag order, causing cards
to snap back then forward. Fix: isSettlingRef blocks column rebuilds
between drag end and mutation onSettled.

Also invalidate issueKeys.list on WS position changes so other windows
refetch correctly sorted data instead of showing stale bucket order.

Includes debug logs (to be removed after verification).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(board): stabilize drag-and-drop for non-manual sort modes

Three behavioral fixes for board drag when sort != position:

1. Settling: isSettlingRef + settleVersion blocks column rebuilds
between drag-end and mutation settle, preventing the optimistic
cache patch (which updates position values without reordering the
bucket array) from overwriting the correct local column state.

2. Non-manual cross-column: handleDragOver returns prev (no visual
card movement — column highlight + sort label is sufficient).
handleDragEnd uses overCol directly instead of findColumn on the
card's current position (which would be the source column).
Cards use useSortable({ disabled: { droppable: true } }) to
   suppress within-column insertion indicators.

3. Collision detection: when no card droppables exist (disabled in
non-manual sort), return column droppables from pointerWithin
instead of falling through to closestCenter, so isOver reflects
the column the pointer is actually inside.

Also: WS position changes now invalidate issueKeys.list so other
windows refetch correctly sorted data.

Insertion-position prediction intentionally omitted — PostgreSQL's
en_US.utf8 collation (glibc) cannot be faithfully replicated in
JavaScript (ICU/V8), and an inaccurate indicator is worse than none.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(sort): manual sort ignores direction param on both ends

Manual sort (position) is user-defined order via drag-and-drop —
reversing it has no product meaning.

Backend: sort=position now skips the direction query param and
always uses ASC. Both ListIssues and ListGroupedIssues handlers.

Frontend: sort object omits sort_direction when sortBy is position.
Direction toggle hidden in the display popover for manual mode.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* perf(board): memo columns + stabilize references to reduce re-renders

- BoardColumn, PaginatedBoardColumn, PaginatedAssigneeBoardColumn
wrapped in memo() — only columns with changed props re-render
- IssueAgentActivityIndicator wrapped in memo() — 111 snapshot
subscribers no longer trigger full re-render on every WS task event
- buildColumns rewritten from O(groups × issues) to single-pass O(n)
- EMPTY_IDS constant replaces ?? [] fallbacks (stable reference)
- EMPTY_CHILD_PROGRESS constant replaces new Map() default
- BOARD_COL_WIDTH / BOARD_CARD_WIDTH constants shared between
column and DragOverlay for consistent card dimensions
- issueListOptions + issueAssigneeGroupsOptions use
placeholderData: keepPreviousData so sort/filter changes don't
  flash a full-page skeleton
- Loading skeleton scoped to content area only — header stays
  rendered during data transitions

fedd0f1694 feat(issues): live agent activity chip + per-issue indicator + filter (#3058)
* feat(server): broadcast task:running event

The dispatched → running transition was silent: only task:queued,
task:dispatch, task:cancelled, task:completed and task:failed
broadcast over WS. Any UI that distinguishes "queued" from "running"
(e.g. the new issue-card agent activity indicator) would lag by up to
the 30s agentTaskSnapshot staleTime on the most user-visible
transition. StartTask now broadcasts task:running so the workspace

* feat(issues): live agent activity chip + per-issue indicator + filter

Surfaces "which agents are working on what, right now" in the Issues
and My Issues views, with a one-click filter to narrow the list to
issues that have a running agent task.

Two visual surfaces:

- **Workspace chip** in the header (left of Filter). Shows the
brand-tinted avatar stack of agents currently running on visible
issues. Click toggles a page-scoped filter; idle state renders a
static "0 working" button with a hover-card placeholder. When the
filter is active the chip pins to brand fill across hover and popover
states (the Button outline variant otherwise repaints back to
neutral). A muted "Viewing only working agents" hint sits to the
left of the chip whenever the filter is on, so users notice the
active state without having to hover.

- **Per-issue indicator** on every board card and list row (top-right
of the identifier line). Renders the avatar stack of agents in
running or queued state on that issue, full-opacity ring at brand/70
when ≥1 is running, half-opacity stack when only queued. Returns
null when nothing is in flight.

Both surfaces open the same hover-card body that lists each active
task with the agent avatar, status dot (composed via the existing
availability + workload tokens), and a live-ticking duration.

Adds a new "All" scope to /my-issues that unions assignee, creator,
and involves_user_id via three parallel fetches deduped on the
client — no backend changes for this part. The chip's count and the
quick-filter both use the page's currently visible issue ids so they
stay in sync with the active scope.

State is per-user (Zustand + localStorage) and the agentRunningFilter
is intentionally omitted from partialize — running state changes
second-to-second and a stored toggle would land users in an
unexplained empty list. WS task:running, already added in the
preceding commit, drives real-time updates without polling.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(issues): swap indicator ring pulse for shimmer text label

Earlier iterations layered a brand ring with various opacity-pulse
cadences around the per-issue avatar stack. Every tuning attempt was
either invisible (transparent ring + faded pulse) or oppressive (a
visible ring that flashed on a dense board). Moves the "alive" signal
onto a small text label and reuses chat's existing
`animate-chat-text-shimmer` utility — a soft light sweep across the
glyphs that already powers the ChatGPT-style "thinking" cue in
task-status-pill.

Indicator now reads as a 12 px avatar stack + 10 px label:

- Running → full-opacity avatars + shimmering localized "Working"
- Queued → half-opacity avatars + muted static "Queued"
- Idle → render nothing (unchanged)

Avatars and the surrounding card stay completely still; only the few
glyphs animate. The label is i18n-driven via the existing
`status_running` / `status_queued` keys, so no locale changes are
required.

54368fd826 feat(projects): scheduled-only Gantt data source + WS reactivity (MUL-1881) (#2856)
* feat(projects): scheduled-only Gantt data source + WS reactivity (MUL-1881)

Project Gantt now fetches its own scheduled-only data instead of riding the
Board/List pagination cache. The Unscheduled drawer and pagination warning
banner are gone, and any WS-driven issue change (create / update / delete)
invalidates the new cache so the timeline stays live.

- Backend: `GET /api/issues?scheduled=true` adds an
`(i.start_date IS NOT NULL OR i.due_date IS NOT NULL)` predicate on both
ListIssues and CountIssues. New SQL filter is plumbed through sqlc + handler.
- Frontend: new `projectGanttIssuesOptions(wsId, projectId)` issues a single
fetch and lives under its own cache key. WS handlers and mutations
invalidate the prefix on create/update/delete so the bar reacts to
start_date / due_date changes from other tabs and from this tab without
  waiting on the WS round-trip.
- GanttView: drops the Unscheduled section, the pagination warning banner,
and the load-all button; renders only scheduled rows.
- Removes now-dead `useLoadAllRemaining`, `myIssueListPaginationOptions`,
`summarizeIssueListPagination`, and the gantt locale strings that
  supported the old plumbing.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(projects): page through Gantt fetch and isolate per-view data sources

- Walk paginated `scheduled=true` issues until total is reached so projects
with more than 500 scheduled bars no longer silently truncate.
- Gantt mode disables the bucketed Board/List query and reads its own
scheduled cache for the project empty-state check, so the page never
short-circuits Gantt with a Board-derived "no issues" CTA.
- `onIssueLabelsChanged` patches matching rows in the Project Gantt cache
in-place, keeping label filters consistent after attach/detach from
  other tabs or agents.

98ef021d1d feat(projects): add Project Gantt view (MUL-1881) (#2843)
* feat(projects): add Project Gantt view (MUL-1881)

Adds Gantt as a third option in the Project page's view toggle (Board /
List / Gantt). Bars span start_date → due_date; issues with only one
date render as markers, issues with neither are collapsed into an
Unscheduled section. Toolbar exposes day/week/month zoom and a
show-completed toggle. The Gantt view shares the existing IssuesHeader
filters/sort.

Implementation is self-rendered SVG/HTML — no new dependencies. UTC
day-aligned date math keeps bars on the right columns regardless of
viewer timezone.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(projects): scope Gantt to project surface + warn on hidden pages

- IssuesHeader / IssueDisplayControls now take `allowGantt` (default false);
only Project Detail opts in. /issues, /my-issues and the actor panel no
longer expose a Gantt option that silently fell through to List, and the
toggle icon falls back to List when a stored `viewMode === "gantt"` lands
on a surface that doesn't render it.
- Project Gantt now surfaces a banner with hidden-issue count plus a
Load-all action that drains every remaining paginated page into the
cache via the new `useLoadAllRemaining` helper. Pagination summary comes
from `myIssueListPaginationOptions`, which shares the existing cache key
with `myIssueListOptions` so totals stay in sync with Board/List.
- ScheduledRow normalizes a `start_date > due_date` anomaly to min/max and
outlines the bar with a destructive ring + tooltip note, instead of
  silently dropping the row.

93153d08b7 feat(my-issues): cover squad assignees via involves_user_id (MUL-2397) (#2829)
Re-introduces the `involves_user_id` filter on the issues list / open-list /
count / grouped paths, but with the semantics nailed down for the second time
around: tab 3 surfaces issues whose assignee is an *indirect* extension of the
user (owned agent, or a squad they're a human member of / lead via owned agent
/ have an owned agent inside) — and explicitly NOT direct member assignment,
which is tab 1's meaning.

- server/pkg/db/queries/issue.sql: 4-branch filter on ListIssues /
ListOpenIssues / CountIssues. Each subquery clamps workspace_id because
issue.assignee_id is polymorphic with no FK. Leader resolution reads
squad.leader_id directly, not the squad_member copy row (squad.go ignores
errors when seeding that copy, so it can be missing). FindActiveDuplicateIssue
switched from positional $2/$3/$4 to named sqlc.arg() — pure hygiene so the
generated struct field names don't drift when new nargs are added.
- server/internal/handler/issue.go: parse involves_user_id and plumb it into
the three sqlc params; ListGroupedIssues (hand-written dynamic SQL) gets a
  mirrored 4-branch fragment, no shortcut.
- packages/core: ListIssuesParams / ListGroupedIssuesParams / MyIssuesFilter /
api.listIssues / api.listGroupedIssues all carry the new param through.
- packages/views/my-issues: tab 3 switches from client-side agent-fanout to
involves_user_id=user.id. agentListOptions import and the myAgentIds memo
  go away.
- server/internal/handler/issue_involves_test.go: 13 integration tests cover
every branch (positive + cross-workspace negatives) plus the critical
ExcludesDirectMemberAssignee negative on BOTH the sqlc and the grouped paths,
  locking tab 3 ∩ tab 1 = ∅.

3c510c31ed feat(my-issues): cover squad assignees via involves_user_id (MUL-2364) (#2801)
* feat(my-issues): cover squad assignees via involves_user_id (MUL-2364)

The "My Agents" tab on /my-issues only resolved agents owned by the
caller, so issues assigned to squads (member, leader, or agent-member of
mine) never surfaced. This added a UNION-based involves_user_id filter
that the backend expands to "me + agents I own + squads I relate to" in
a single query.

- SQL: ListIssues / ListOpenIssues / CountIssues accept narg
  involves_user_id and OR a workspace-scoped 3-branch UNION on the
squad assignee subquery. Leader is sourced from canonical
squad.leader_id (not the best-effort squad_member copy row whose
AddSquadMember error is dropped in squad.go:177-188 and :259-263).
- Handler: parses involves_user_id via parseUUIDOrBadRequest, plumbs
into all three list params, and mirrors the same UNION fragment into
  the grouped dynamic SQL path.
- Frontend: ListIssuesParams / ListGroupedIssuesParams / MyIssuesFilter
gain involves_user_id; api client forwards it to the querystring.
- My Issues page: "agents" scope now passes involves_user_id instead of
fanning out owned-agent IDs client-side. Tab label widens to
"我的智能体 / 小队" / "My Agents / Squads".
- Tests: Go suite covers all three squad relations including the
  canonical-leader-without-squad_member-copy variant, cross-workspace
isolation for agent / leader / squad_member branches, combination
with creator_id, and the malformed-UUID 400 path. Client test pins
the involves_user_id querystring wiring for both list endpoints.

The FindActiveDuplicateIssue query gets explicit sqlc.arg() names so
sqlc regeneration keeps the existing struct field names regardless of
the local sqlc version (no behavior change).

* test(my-issues): tighten cross-workspace negatives for involves_user_id UNION

Cross-workspace negative tests previously put both the foreign actor and the
foreign issue in the foreign workspace, so the outer i.workspace_id = $1
already excluded the row before the UNION branches were exercised. Stripping
a.workspace_id = $1 / s.workspace_id = $1 from any of the UNION subqueries
would not have failed the tests.

Rewrite the three existing negative cases to seed the issue in
testWorkspaceID with a polymorphic assignee_id pointing at a foreign-workspace
agent or squad (issue.assignee_id has no FK per migrations/001_init.up.sql:61).
Now each UNION branch must enforce its own workspace scoping for the issue to
stay out of the result.

Also add ExcludesOtherWorkspaceSquadAgentMember: the squad_member.agent UNION
branch had only positive coverage; this test pins that s.workspace_id = $1
and a.workspace_id = $1 must both hold there too.

Verified by mutation: stripping the workspace clause from each branch makes
the corresponding test fail.

352e838b01 fix(attachments): re-sign CloudFront download URLs at click time (#2407)
* fix(attachments): re-sign CloudFront download URLs at click time

The attachment download buttons opened `download_url` directly from cached
timeline/comment payloads. The signed URL is valid for 30 minutes, so a page
left open past that window would 403 with `AccessDenied` (MUL-2038 /
GitHub #2397).

- Add `GET /api/attachments/{id}` client method that re-signs on every call,
  validated by a stricter `AttachmentResponseSchema` (enforces `url`,
`download_url`, `filename` so a malformed response degrades to the
EMPTY_ATTACHMENT record instead of opening `undefined`).
- Introduce `useDownloadAttachment` hook with two execution shapes:
  - Web: synchronously open `about:blank` inside the click gesture to keep
popup activation, then hydrate `location.href` after the fetch. Cannot
pass `noopener` here — HTML spec dom-open step 17 makes that return
    null.
  - Desktop: skip the placeholder (Electron's setWindowOpenHandler rejects
about:blank) and hand the fresh URL to `openExternal`.
- Wire the hook into the standalone attachment buttons (comment-card) and
  the inline `<img>` / file-card buttons inside `ReadonlyContent`. Inline
buttons resolve the attachment id by URL match; external URLs fall back
  to `openExternal`.

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* fix(editor): re-sign downloads from ContentEditor file/image NodeViews

The previous commit only wired the click-time fresh-sign through
ReadonlyContent + the standalone attachment list. The Tiptap NodeViews
inside ContentEditor still opened the raw URL with
`window.open(href, "_blank", "noopener,noreferrer")`, leaving two
download surfaces on stale signatures:

- Issue description (always renders via ContentEditor)
- Comment edit mode (transient ContentEditor instance)

- Add AttachmentDownloadContext + AttachmentDownloadProvider so NodeViews
can resolve markdown URLs to an attachment id and call the existing
`useDownloadAttachment` hook. The default fallback (no provider mounted)
hands the raw URL to `openExternal`, keeping non-editor mounts unaffected.
- ContentEditor accepts `attachments?: Attachment[]` and wraps EditorContent
  with the provider.
- file-card.tsx and image-view.tsx NodeViews swap their `window.open(...)`
calls for `openByUrl(href|src)` from the provider.
- issue-detail.tsx threads `useQuery(issueAttachmentsOptions(id))` into
  ContentEditor for the description.
- comment-card.tsx passes `entry.attachments` to both edit-mode editors.

3f20999597 refactor(timeline): drop server-side comment + timeline pagination (#2322)
* refactor(timeline): drop server-side comment + timeline pagination (MUL-1929)

The cursor-paginated /timeline and /comments endpoints were sized for a
problem the data shape doesn't have: prod p99 is ~30 comments per issue
and the all-time max is ~1.1k. Time-based pagination also splits reply
threads across page boundaries (orphan replies), which the frontend was
papering over with an "orphan rescue" that promoted disconnected replies
to top-level — confusing UX with no real benefit.

Replace both endpoints with a single full-issue fetch, capped server-side
at 2000 rows as a defensive safety net (never hit in practice).

Server
- /api/issues/:id/timeline now returns a flat ASC TimelineEntry[]
(matches the legacy desktop contract — older Multica.app builds keep
working because the wrapped TimelineResponse + cursors are gone, and
the raw array shape was always what they consumed).
- /api/issues/:id/comments drops limit/offset; only ?since is honoured
  for the CLI agent-polling flow.
- Drop ListCommentsBefore/After/Latest, ListActivitiesBefore/After/Latest
  and the timelineCursor encoding.
- Replace with ListCommentsForIssue / ListCommentsSinceForIssue /
  ListActivitiesForIssue (capped by argument).

CLI
- multica issue comment list drops --limit / --offset and the X-Total-Count
reporting; --since is preserved for incremental polling.

Frontend
- Replace useInfiniteQuery with useQuery in useIssueTimeline; drop
  fetchOlder/Newer, jumpToLatest, isAtLatest, newEntriesBelowCount.
- Remove timeline-cache helpers (mapAllEntries / filterAllEntries /
prependToLatestPage) and the TimelinePage / TimelinePageParam types.
- WS event handlers update the single flat-array cache directly.
- Drop the orphan-reply rescue in issue-detail — every reply's parent
is now guaranteed to be in the same array.
- Strip the "show older / show newer / jump to latest" buttons and their
  i18n strings.

* fix(timeline): address review feedback on pagination removal

Three issues caught in PR #2322 review:

1. /timeline broke for stale clients between #2128 and this PR. They send
   ?limit/?before/?after/?around and parse with the wrapped TimelinePageSchema;
the new flat-array response was failing schema validation and falling back
to an empty timeline. Restore the wrapped shape on those query params
(DESC entries, null cursors, has_more_*=false), keeping the flat ASC array
for bare requests. Around-mode now also fills target_index from the merged
slice so legacy clients can still scroll-to-anchor without a follow-up.

2. The agent prompts in runtime_config.go and prompt.go still told agents
that `multica issue comment list` accepts --limit/--offset and to use
`--limit 30` on truncated output. With those flags removed in this PR,
new agent runs would hit "unknown flag" or skip context. Update the
prompt copy to "returns all comments, capped at 2000; --since for
   incremental polling".

3. useCreateComment's onSuccess was a bare append to the timeline cache
with no id-dedupe, so a fast comment:created WS event firing before
onSuccess produced a transient duplicate. Restore the id guard the old
   prependToLatestPage helper used to provide.

Adds two new boundary tests:
- TestListTimeline_LegacyWrappedShape_OnPaginationParams
- TestListTimeline_LegacyWrappedShape_AroundFillsTargetIndex

Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

* test(handler): fix timeline test assertions for handler-package isolation

The TestListTimeline_* assertions assumed CreateIssue would seed an
"issue_created" activity_log row, but the activity listener that publishes
those rows is registered in cmd/server/main.go — handler-package tests
don't wire it up. CI saw 5 entries (3 comments + 2 activities) where the
test expected ≥6.

Drop the auto-activity assumption: assert exactly 5 entries in
TestListTimeline_MergesCommentsAndActivities, and tighten
TestListTimeline_EmptyIssue to assert a fully-empty timeline.

ba147708a6 fix(timeline): cursor-paginated timeline to stop long-issue freeze (#1968) (#2128)
* fix(timeline): cursor-paginated timeline to stop long-issue freeze (#1968)

Opening an issue from Inbox with thousands of timeline entries used to
hard-freeze the browser tab on a synchronous render of every comment +
activity. The whole pipeline was unbounded: the API returned every row,
TanStack Query cached the full array, and IssueDetail mounted N
CommentCards (each running a full react-markdown + lowlight pipeline)
in one frame.

This swaps the timeline endpoint to keyset cursor pagination and rewires
the frontend to useInfiniteQuery so a long issue costs the same as a
short one on first paint.

API:
- GET /issues/:id/timeline now accepts ?before / ?after / ?around (mutex)
+ ?limit (default 50, max 100); response wraps entries with next/prev
cursors and has_more flags. Cursors are opaque base64 (created_at, id).
- ?around=<entry_id> anchors a window on the target so Inbox notifications
pointing at an old comment never trigger the freeze.
- New composite indexes on (issue_id, created_at DESC, id DESC) replace
the redundant single-column ones so keyset queries are index-only scans.
- /issues/:id/comments default branch now caps at 50 instead of returning
every row unbounded; the unbounded ListComments / ListActivities sqlc
  queries are deleted.

Frontend:
- useIssueTimeline switches to useInfiniteQuery, exposes
  fetchOlder/fetchNewer/jumpToLatest + isAtLatest + newEntriesBelowCount.
- WS handlers respect the at-latest invariant: comment/activity:created
  prepends to pages[0] only when the user is reading the live tail;
otherwise it just bumps a counter so the UI offers a "Jump to latest"
  affordance without yanking scroll.
- Optimistic mutations adapted to the InfiniteData shape via shared
helpers (mapAllEntries / filterAllEntries / prependToLatestPage in
core/issues/timeline-cache.ts) and use setQueriesData so all open
windows of the same issue stay in sync.
- IssueDetail Activity section gets a TimelineSkeleton placeholder
during the brief load window plus subtle text-link load-more buttons
matching the existing Subscribe affordance (no Button chrome). Top
uses a divider for boundary clarity; bottom shows
"Jump to latest · N new" weighted slightly heavier when there's
  unread state.
- highlightCommentId now flows into the hook's around parameter so
Inbox jumps fetch the surrounding 50 entries directly.

* chore(agent): default comment list to 50 + prompt hint about long issues

The CLI's "multica issue comment list" used to default to --limit 0
(meaning "fetch every comment"), which lets an agent on a long issue
fill its context window with thousands of rows. The default is now 50;
agents that need older history can pass --limit or --since explicitly.

The local-coding-agent prompt also gains a single-line note about this
in both the comment-triggered and on-assign flows so the agent knows to
scope its fetches when issue size is unknown. Autopilot run-only mode
is intentionally unchanged — it has no issue context to query.

f745a3bbbe feat(agent): presence v3 + execution log + trigger summary (#1823)
* refactor(views): migrate agent/runtime/skill lists to TanStack DataTable

Replace the per-page CSS Grid + minmax(min, fr) + sticky-first-col + truncate
implementation with a TanStack Table backend rendered through a Dice UI-style
DataTable shell. Column widths are now px-based via column.size, so cells
no longer shrink or auto-truncate as the viewport narrows; when the sum of
columns exceeds the viewport, the container scrolls horizontally instead.

- Add @tanstack/react-table to the catalog (8.21.3) and wire it into
  packages/ui (dep) and packages/views (peerDep).
- packages/ui: new DataTable + DataTableColumnHeader + lib/data-table.ts
(getColumnPinningStyle), adapted from Dice UI's registry. The shell
renders <table> directly (skipping shadcn's <Table> wrapper) so its own
outer overflow controls both axes — no nested overflow conflicts.
- packages/views: each list now declares ColumnDef[] with explicit
cell renderers. Row click navigates to detail via onRowClick (instead of
wrapping <tr> in <a>, which is invalid HTML); kebab dropdowns
stopPropagation so they don't trigger the row navigation.
- Drop the previous AGENT_LIST_GRID / GRID_WITH_OWNER / ROW_GRID
templates and the sticky-first-col / subgrid mechanics that came with
them. agent-list-item.tsx is removed; runtime-list.tsx and
skills-page.tsx are trimmed to thin wrappers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* feat(agent): cap description at 255 chars (db + api + ui)

Symmetric enforcement across DB, server, and UI:

- Migration 060: pre-flight truncate of any oversize rows, then ADD
CONSTRAINT NOT VALID + VALIDATE CONSTRAINT so the new check doesn't
  block writes during validation.
- Server handler validates utf8.RuneCountInString on Create/Update and
  rejects over-limit input with 400.
- Front-end gets AGENT_DESCRIPTION_MAX_LENGTH in core/agents/constants
(single source of truth shared by the create dialog + edit modal +
test suite) and a CharCounter component that warns at 90% and errors
  past the cap.
- Description editor moves from a 288px popover to a roomy modal.
Editor body is mounted only while the dialog is open, so the local
draft state is locked in at mount time and never reset by an external
WS update — the React-recommended replacement for the
  useEffect(reset, [value]) anti-pattern.

Counted in code points everywhere (rune count / spread length /
char_length) so multibyte input agrees across all three layers.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(views): data-table polish across runtime + skill lists

Builds on the DataTable migration in 2be0f287:

- Add ColumnMeta.grow flag — declared via TanStack module augmentation
in ui/lib/data-table.ts. Columns marked meta.grow skip their inline
width so fixed table-layout assigns them the leftover container space
(no spacer column). The Title-grows / others-fixed pattern from
  Linear / GitHub PR rows.
- Authoritative table min-width = sum of column.size, applied to the
  <table> itself (fixed-layout ignores cell-level min-width per spec,
so the floor has to live on the table).
- Header tightens to h-8 + uppercase + tracking-wider; pinned cells
switch to opaque bg + group-hover so they cover content scrolling
beneath them and follow row hover state.
- Toolbar slot removed from DataTable (callers wrap the toolbar
themselves now — keeps DataTable single-purpose).

Also: hover-card popup stops contextmenu / auxclick / dblclick from
bubbling out (in addition to click). Stops the popup from triggering
ancestor handlers (e.g. issue list rows) on right-click / middle-click
without breaking Base UI's outside-click dismiss, which listens to
pointerdown — pointerdown is deliberately NOT stopped.

Runtime + skill list pages updated to use the new sizing model.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(agent): drop LastTaskState, introduce 3-state Workload

Continues the presence-model rework started in #1794 / #1798.

The previous LastTaskState union (running / completed / failed /
cancelled / idle) carried historical outcome at the list level — a
runtime-healthy agent whose last task failed showed a sticky red dot
indistinguishable from a daemon-dead agent.

New model: presence is two orthogonal "right-now" dimensions:

AgentAvailability — runtime reachability only (online / unstable /
offline). Drives the dot colour everywhere.
Workload — current load (working / queued / idle). Three
states, never historical. Failure / completion /
cancellation are surfaced via Recent Work + Inbox,
                      not list-level state.

`queued` (= nothing running, ≥1 queued) is an honest "stuck on offline
runtime" signal. To avoid amber flashes during the brief enqueue→claim
race on healthy runtimes, the queued chip composes with availability:
muted on online, warning amber otherwise.

Activity tab cleanup that follows from the new model:
  - failureReasonLabel relocated from agents/presence.ts to
tabs/task-failure.ts (presence no longer owns historical state).
  - Recent Work paginates (5 initial, +20 per "Show more"); chat-session
tasks are filtered out of every Agent-scoped surface to keep
"team work" separate from private chat.
  - Agents page drops the lastTaskFilter chip group; users find broken
agents via Inbox / Recent Work, not a list-level filter.

* feat(task): trigger summary snapshot + task:queued lifecycle event

Two task-lifecycle improvements that ship together because they share
the same enqueue/retry hot paths and changes interleave inside task.go:

1. trigger_summary snapshot (migration 061)

New nullable column on agent_task_queue. Comment-triggered tasks
snapshot the comment content; autopilot tasks snapshot the run title.
Truncated to 200 runes via strings.Builder so multibyte input counts
correctly without O(N²) concatenation. Snapshot survives source
edits/deletes — every task row self-describes across surfaces (issue
detail Execution log, agent activity tooltip, inbox) without joining
   back to the originating row.

Retry rows inherit the parent's snapshot (CreateRetryTask SELECT) so
the description stays meaningful across attempts. The UI is
responsible for stacking "Retry #N" context on top.

2. task:queued WS event

New protocol event covering the ∅ → queued transition. Front-end
types/events.ts registers it; use-realtime-sync's task: prefix path
already invalidates task caches via onAny, so old clients without
this exact-match subscription still refresh correctly. Specific
subscribers (sticky banner) get sub-second updates instead of
   waiting for daemon claim.

Retry path now broadcasts task:queued (not task:dispatch) — same
status transition shape as enqueue, so all "new task created" paths
   agree on one event type.

Ordering: broadcastTaskEvent runs *before* notifyTaskAvailable so
the queued event is published into the WS bus before the daemon is
poked. Without this, a fast daemon could claim and emit task:dispatch
over the wire before the in-process queued broadcast fan-out reached
clients — race window is tiny but unsafe-by-construction.

Per-agent task list (agentTasksKeys.all) and per-issue task list
(["issues","tasks"]) added to the task: invalidation set so Activity
tab Recent Work and the Execution log section stay fresh.

Type contracts: AgentTask gains parent_task_id / attempt /
trigger_comment_id (already returned by the API, just missing from TS)
plus the new trigger_summary field.

* feat(issue): ExecutionLogSection — unified active+past runs panel

Replaces two pieces:
  - the click-to-expand timeline that lived inside AgentLiveCard
  - the standalone TaskRunHistory below the main content

with a single right-panel section that lists every agent run for the
issue. Active runs sit at the top (always visible when present); past
runs collapse behind a "Show past runs (N)" toggle, sorted failed →
cancelled → completed within group.

Active rows show the trigger summary, status + relative time, and
Cancel / Transcript actions on hover (gradient backdrop fades the
status text rather than hard-clipping). Past rows show the same
shape minus Cancel.

Retry tasks prepend "Retry #N · " to the inherited summary so they're
distinguishable from their parent (which would otherwise share the
exact same trigger text).

Cache key registered as issueKeys.tasks(issueId); the global
useRealtimeSync task: prefix path already invalidates ["issues","tasks"]
on every task lifecycle event, so the section stays fresh without
local WS subscriptions.

AgentLiveCard slims down to a header-only "agent is working" sticky
banner — keeps the at-a-glance "is anyone working on this right now"
signal and the Stop / Transcript actions, drops the inline timeline
that ExecutionLogSection now owns. Subscribes to both task:queued and
task:dispatch so retries (which only emit queued) land in the banner
without waiting for daemon claim.

issue-detail mounts ExecutionLogSection in the right panel and removes
the now-defunct TaskRunHistory call site.

246fcd4ce4 feat(issues): server-side filters incl. label, fixing pagination drops (#1776)
* feat(issues): server-side label + filter querying for issue list

Extends GET /api/issues with label_ids, priorities, creator_ids,
project_ids, include_no_assignee, and include_no_project params, and
moves the existing single-value filters onto array-form. Each filter
becomes part of the SQL WHERE clause so paginated buckets reflect the
user's selection — fixes the bug where client-side filtering hid
matches sitting past the first page (#1491).

CLI gains a repeatable --label flag; legacy --priority/--assignee/
--project keep working via the single-value compatibility paths.

* feat(issues): drive workspace + my-issues filters from the server

issueListOptions and myIssueListOptions now key the React Query cache
on a normalized filter object, so each filter combination has its own
cache entry and a filter change re-fetches with the wire-shape filter
applied server-side. Drops the client-side filterIssues step on the
issues page, my-issues page, and project detail — that step silently
hid matches that lived past the first paginated page (#1491).

Adds a Label submenu to the workspace issues filter dropdown, plus
labelFilters in the view store. Mutations and ws-updaters fan their
optimistic patches across every filter-keyed list cache via
qc.setQueriesData on issueKeys.listPrefix(wsId), and the editor's
mention-suggestion reads from any matching list cache for instant
first paint regardless of which filter is active.

* fix(issues): route Members/Agents scope through server-side filter

The Members/Agents scope tabs on the workspace issues page were still
narrowing client-side via `assignee_type === 'member'`. That hits the
exact pagination-blind bug this PR is meant to fix: if the first 50
issues per status don't include the right assignee type, the tab
shows "No issues" while later pages have matches.

Adds an `assignee_types text[]` filter to ListIssues / ListOpenIssues /
CountIssues, threads it through the API client, normalizer and view
filter, and maps the scope tab to it. Each scope now keys its own
list cache and refetches with the correct first page.

Also disables the My Issues "My Agents" query when the user owns no
agents — `assignee_ids: []` was getting dropped by both the API client
and the query-key normalizer, so the request went out unfiltered and
surfaced unrelated issues under "My Agents".

642844c736 feat(issues): paginate every status column, not just done (#1422)
* feat(issues): paginate every status column, not just done

Previously the workspace issues list fetched all non-done/cancelled
issues in a single unbounded `open_only=true` request and only
paginated the done column. In workspaces with many open issues this
ballooned the initial payload and skipped pagination entirely.

Restructure the issue list cache into per-status buckets
(`{ byStatus: { [status]: { issues, total } } }`) fetched in parallel,
generalize `useLoadMoreDoneIssues` into `useLoadMoreByStatus(status,
myIssuesOpts?)`, and render an infinite-scroll sentinel inside every
accordion group and kanban column. Sort and filter stay client-side,
matching the done column's existing behavior.

Backend `ListIssues` already supports per-status pagination, so no
API changes are required.

* fix(issues): handle project / hidden-column / lookup regressions from paginated list cache

After bucketing the issue list cache by status, three consumers that
treated `issueListOptions()` as a complete local index broke:

- `project-detail.tsx` filtered the workspace list by `project_id`
client-side, so projects whose issues sat past the first 50-per-status
page rendered empty. Switch to `myIssueListOptions(wsId,
'project:<id>', { project_id })` so the server returns only this
  project's issues; add `project_id` to `ListIssuesParams` /
  `MyIssuesFilter` / api client.
- `board-view.tsx` HiddenColumnsPanel read counts from the in-memory
`issues` array — a paginated fragment. Pass `myIssuesOpts` through to
a per-row subcomponent that reads the real per-status total from the
  cache.
- `tasks-tab.tsx` and `search-command.tsx` used the list as a global
lookup for task titles / Recent items / current-issue chrome. Switch
  both to per-id `issueDetailOptions` via `useQueries` so they're
independent of which page the issue lands on.

Drop the now-redundant `doneTotal` override prop on BoardView/ListView
and the `allIssues` prop on BoardView (only HiddenColumnsPanel consumed
it).

Tests updated: tasks-tab now mocks `api.getIssue`; search-command mocks
`issueDetailOptions` + `useQueries`; project-issue-metrics drops the
`doneColumnCount` assertion.

a94c6481dd fix: compute sub-issue progress from database instead of paginated client cache (#865)
The sub-issue progress indicator (e.g. "0/2") was undercounting because
it was computed from the client-side issue list, which only loads the
first 50 done issues. Sub-issues marked as done beyond that page were
excluded from both the total and done counts.

Added a dedicated backend endpoint (GET /api/issues/child-progress) that
aggregates child issue counts directly from the database, ensuring
accurate totals regardless of client-side pagination or filtering.

b52c048c8e fix(my-issues): use server-side filtering instead of client-side (#649)
* fix(my-issues): use server-side filtering instead of client-side

My Issues was fetching ALL workspace issues and filtering client-side,
causing the Done column to show wrong counts (269 vs user's actual
count) and only 2-3 done issues to appear from the first 50-item page.

Backend:
- Add creator_id and assignee_ids (uuid[]) filters to ListIssues,
  ListOpenIssues, and CountIssues SQL queries
- Parse creator_id and assignee_ids (comma-separated) query params

Frontend:
- Add myIssueListOptions with per-scope server-filtered queries
- Each tab now calls the API with the right filter:
  Assigned → assignee_id, Created → creator_id,
  My Agents → assignee_ids
- Add useLoadMoreMyDoneIssues for server-filtered done pagination
- WS events invalidate My Issues cache via issueKeys.myAll

* refactor(my-issues): merge duplicate load-more hooks into one

Both board-view and list-view were unconditionally calling two hooks
(useLoadMoreDoneIssues + useLoadMoreMyDoneIssues) and picking one at
runtime. Merged into a single useLoadMoreDoneIssues with an optional
myIssues param so only one hook runs per render.

88982ad23f feat(issues): display token usage per issue in detail sidebar (#581)
* feat(issues): display token usage per issue in detail sidebar

Add a new "Token usage" section to the issue detail right sidebar that
shows aggregated input/output tokens, cache tokens, and run count across
all tasks for the issue. Backed by a new SQL query and API endpoint.

* fix(db): add index on agent_task_queue(issue_id) for usage queries

The GetIssueUsageSummary query joins agent_task_queue filtered by
issue_id across all statuses. The existing partial index (migration 022)
only covers queued/dispatched rows, so completed tasks require a
sequential scan. Add a general index to prevent performance degradation
as task volume grows.
