Address the MUL-5101 review blockers on PR #5686:
- Rebase onto main and renumber the runtime-skill-disable migration
202 -> 203. main added 202_runtime_profile_add_qwen, so the pair
collided on prefix 202 and migrations_lint_test would reject the
duplicate. 203 is the next free prefix.
- Publish an "agent:status" event after persisting a
disabled_runtime_skills override, mirroring the workspace-skill toggle
in writeUpdatedAgentSkills. The realtime layer keys off this event to
invalidate workspaceKeys.agents, so other open web/desktop/mobile
clients now drop their stale toggle state instead of only the
initiating tab refreshing. Reload junction-table skills before the
broadcast so it doesn't signal cleared skills (#3459).
- Add a handler regression test proving the broadcast fires on both
disable and enable.

Rework skills.sh and github.com skill imports around a single recursive
git-tree fetch to stop the 504 on large mono-repos (e.g. api-gateway-skill):
- One tree call replaces the per-directory contents crawl.
- Import caps checked arithmetically from tree metadata before any download
(fail fast with 413 instead of timing out).
- Most-specific skill-dir resolution; repo root only as a last resort, which
fixes the root SKILL.md name collision.
- Concurrent downloads (errgroup, limit 8).
- Overall 45s fetch deadline; cancellation is fatal on every supporting-file
path (tree downloader, crawl listing/recursion/download, ClawHub) so a
mid-download abort never persists a half-populated bundle.
- A skills.sh tree-fetch failure returns a retryable 503 instead of an unsafe
root-directory fallback.
- Lenient conventional-path acceptance restored for both complete and truncated
trees.
- maxImportFileCount 128 -> 256 (aligned daemon cap); 8 MiB bundle cap remains
the real guard.
* fix(daemon): stop routing CodeBuddy skills/memory through Claude's .claude paths
CodeBuddy Code is a Claude Code fork but ships its own native config
directory (~/.codebuddy, .codebuddy/) with its own memory filename
(CODEBUDDY.md). It only reads .claude/skills or CLAUDE.md if a user
manually symlinks/copies them during migration
(https://www.codebuddy.ai/docs/cli/troubleshooting#migrating-from-claude-code).
Multica's daemon/execenv code treated "codebuddy" as an alias for
"claude" in three places, so skills synced by Multica landed in
.claude/skills/ and CLAUDE.md — paths the default CodeBuddy install
never reads — instead of ~/.codebuddy/skills, .codebuddy/skills, and
CODEBUDDY.md as documented at
https://www.codebuddy.ai/docs/cli/codebuddy-dir and
https://www.codebuddy.ai/docs/cli/skills.
Split the "claude", "codebuddy" switch cases in:
- daemon/local_skills.go (user-level local skill discovery/import)
- daemon/execenv/context.go (per-task skill materialization)
- daemon/execenv/runtime_config.go (runtime brief target file)
Added regression tests locking in the new paths and updated the
install-agent-runtime / providers docs (all 4 locales) that had
documented the old .claude/skills behavior.

Add xAI Grok Build (`grok`) as a first-class Multica runtime over ACP
(`grok --no-auto-update agent --always-approve stdio`), reusing
hermesClient like traecli and kimi. Includes daemon discovery,
protocol_family migration 174, model discovery, MCP passthrough,
thinking effort, frontend branding, and product docs.
Follows xAI's documented headless ACP flow: after `initialize`, read the
advertised `authMethods` and send `authenticate` (preferring xai.api_key
when XAI_API_KEY is set, else the cached login token) before any session
operation — a real, logged-in CLI rejects session/new and session/load
without it. Model discovery performs the same handshake so it returns the
live catalog instead of the static fallback.
`--no-auto-update` is passed as a global flag (and kept daemon-owned in
the blocked custom-arg set) so a background update check can't stall an
unattended ACP task. Thinking effort uses the current `--effort` flag,
and the minimum grok version is 0.2.89 (ACP + authenticate + session/load
+ session/set_model + MCP + --effort).

Adds the official ByteDance TRAE CLI (the `traecli` binary documented at
https://docs.trae.cn/cli — the product paired with the Trae IDE, not the
open-source bytedance/trae-agent) as a built-in agent backend. traecli is
ACP-native, so it is driven over the standard ACP JSON-RPC transport via
`traecli acp serve --yolo`, reusing the shared hermesClient exactly like the
Kiro and Qoder backends.
Validated end-to-end against the real traecli v0.120.42 with a logged-in
account: initialize advertises loadSession:true + mcpCapabilities{http,sse};
session/new returns result.sessionId + models.availableModels (18 models
discovered); session/prompt streams session/update notifications with
sessionUpdate=agent_message_chunk (hermesClient already normalizes this Zed-ACP
wire shape); a real board task ran 14 tool calls and completed in ~47s.
Implementation:
- server/pkg/agent/traecli.go: ACP backend; session/load resume
(loadSession:true), session/set_model, MCP via ACP mcpServers, --yolo
bypass-permissions for headless runs, blocked-arg filtering (acp, serve,
--yolo, --print, --output-format, --permission-mode)
- agent.go: New() + launch header "traecli acp serve"
- models.go: discoverTraecliModels via the shared discoverACPModels
- daemon/config.go: auto-detect the `traecli` binary
(MULTICA_TRAECLI_PATH / MULTICA_TRAECLI_MODEL)
- daemon.go: inline the runtime brief (traecli reads .trae/rules/, not
AGENTS.md) and surface the runtime as "Trae" (providerDisplayName)
- execenv: AGENTS.md + .traecli/skills wiring; ~/.traecli/skills local root
- packages/core mcp-support: traecli consumes mcp_config
- frontend: official Trae provider logo
- docs: providers.mdx matrix + section, CLI_AND_DAEMON.md, README
Tests: fake-ACP unit tests matching the real wire format (streaming,
blocked-arg filtering, session/set_model failure, session/load resume) plus a
gated real-binary smoke test (TestTraecliRealACPSmoke) that skips when traecli
is absent or not logged in. Built-in provider only (mirrors qoder): not in
SupportedTypes / RUNTIME_PROFILE_PROTOCOL_FAMILIES, so no migration is needed.
Resolves#4376.
* feat(daemon): discover local skills from ~/.agents/skills (MUL-3333)
Upgrade local skill discovery and import from a single provider root to an
ordered multi-root scan: the runtime's own skill directory (e.g.
~/.claude/skills) first, then the cross-tool universal root ~/.agents/skills.
- Rename localSkillRootForProvider -> localSkillRootsForProvider, returning
ordered roots [provider, universal] with a kind classifier.
- listRuntimeLocalSkills iterates the roots, gives each root its OWN visited
set (so a cross-root symlink alias is not collapsed), dedupes strictly by
Key with the provider root winning, and sorts once after the merge.
- loadRuntimeLocalSkillBundle walks the same priority order and only falls
through to the next root on os.IsNotExist; any other stat error is returned
so import never silently resolves a different same-key skill.
- Add a Root ("provider" | "universal") field to the local skill summary
(daemon + handler structs and the TS RuntimeLocalSkillSummary type) so the
UI can label a skill's origin without a future schema break.
Backward compatible: every skill visible today keeps its Key, SourcePath and
FileCount; the universal root only surfaces additional, non-conflicting skills.
Out of scope (follow-up issues): execution-time injection of ~/.agents/skills
into runtimes (e.g. Codex seedUserCodexSkills) and workspace-relative
.agents/skills discovery.
Tests cover universal-root discovery + import, provider-wins conflict
priority, both-roots merge, missing/both-missing roots, nested layouts,
IsNotExist fallback, the no-fallthrough-on-read-error guarantee, and the
per-root visited cross-root symlink alias. Docs updated in en/zh/ja/ko.

* fix(daemon): fall through to next root when a same-key dir has no SKILL.md
loadRuntimeLocalSkillBundle previously only fell through to the next root on
os.IsNotExist for the skill DIRECTORY. A provider-root directory that shares a
skill's key but contains no SKILL.md (so listRuntimeLocalSkills descends past
it and surfaces the universal-root skill instead) made load stop on the
invalid provider dir and error — list and load disagreed, and the import the
user picked from the list could not be fetched.
Make the validity predicate match list: a root "has" the skill at a key only
when it is a directory containing a SKILL.md. A missing entry, a non-directory,
or a directory without a SKILL.md all mean "this root doesn't have it" and we
continue to the next root. Only a genuine non-IsNotExist stat error or an
unreadable existing SKILL.md (permission/IO) is returned, so we still never
silently substitute a different-content same-key skill from a lower-priority
root (Eve review #1, preserved by the existing read-error guard test).
Adds regression tests for the provider-dir-without-SKILL.md and provider-non-dir
fall-through cases.

The Go SKILL.md frontmatter parser unmarshalled into a {Name,Description}
string struct, so a non-scalar value (a list/map written where a scalar
belongs) made the whole decode fail and dropped even a valid sibling
`name`. The TS parser instead kept the name and JSON-encoded the value,
so the file-viewer (TS) and the import path (Go) could disagree about
the same SKILL.md.
Decode into a generic map and coerce per key on the Go side, mirroring
the TS coercion (scalars -> literal form, sequences/mappings -> JSON), so
both sides produce identical results and a structured value never
discards a sibling key. Rename ParseFrontmatter -> ParseSkillFrontmatter
to remove the cross-language name clash with the TS parseFrontmatter
(which returns {frontmatter, body}), and drop the unused TS
parseSkillFrontmatter export.
Add parity tests for sequence/mapping values plus name-only,
description-only, leading-blank-line and triple-dash-in-body edge cases
on both sides.
Follow-up to #3543 / MUL-2842.

Three independent line-based frontmatter parsers only handled
single-line `description: value`, so a YAML block scalar
(`description: |`) collapsed to the literal "|" and the rest of the
description was dropped before it ever reached the database.
Replace all three with real YAML decoders that understand block
scalars, folded scalars and quoted values:
- server/internal/skill: shared ParseFrontmatter via gopkg.in/yaml.v3,
used by both the handler import path and daemon local-skill discovery
- packages/core/skills: shared parseFrontmatter via the yaml package
- file-viewer renders multi-line frontmatter values (whitespace-pre-wrap)
Both parsers fall back to empty values on malformed YAML, preserving the
previous non-fatal behaviour.
* feat(agent): add Antigravity runtime backend
Adds Google's Antigravity CLI (`agy`) as the 12th supported coding-tool
runtime, alongside Claude / Codex / Cursor / Copilot / Gemini / Hermes /
Kimi / Kiro / OpenCode / OpenClaw / Pi.
The CLI emits plain assistant text on stdout (no structured event
stream), so the backend streams stdout line-by-line as `MessageText`
events and accumulates the same text as the final `Result.Output`.
Session resumption uses `--conversation <id>`; because the conversation
UUID is not echoed on stdout, the daemon routes `--log-file` to a temp
file and recovers the id from the glog-formatted log lines.

* fix(agent): correct Antigravity capability contract from Elon review
- ModelSelectionSupported now returns false for antigravity. `agy` has no
--model flag and antigravityBackend deliberately drops opts.Model, so
the UI must render a disabled "Managed by runtime" picker instead of
an empty dropdown plus a silently-ignored manual-entry field. Also
stop seeding AgentEntry.Model from MULTICA_ANTIGRAVITY_MODEL — the
backend would silently ignore it.
- Antigravity skills now write to {workDir}/.agents/skills/, the CLI's
native workspace path (inherits Gemini CLI's layout per
https://antigravity.google/docs/gcli-migration). Previously they went
to the .agent_context/skills/ fallback that the CLI doesn't scan.
Runtime brief moves antigravity into the native-discovery branch and
local_skills.go points the user-level skill root at
~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/skills for Runtime → local skill import.
- Doc + UI comment sync: providers matrix / install-agent-runtime /
cloud-quickstart / agents-create / tasks (session-resume support) /
skills / README all now list Antigravity in the right buckets, and
the model-picker / model-dropdown comments cite antigravity (not the
stale hermes reference) as the supported=false example.
New tests: TestAntigravityModelSelectionUnsupported,
TestInjectRuntimeConfigAntigravity (native discovery wording),
TestWriteContextFilesAntigravityNativeSkills (.agents/skills/ landing,
.agent_context/skills/ NOT written).

* feat(provider-logo): swap inline placeholder for real Antigravity PNG
Replaces the hand-drawn planet+arc placeholder with the official asset
shipped from Downloads. Stored next to the component; bundlers
(Next.js / electron-vite) resolve the PNG import to a URL string at
build time. Added a small assets.d.ts so packages/views' tsc accepts
PNG / SVG module imports — there was no prior asset usage in this
package to register the declaration.

* fix(skills): unify Add Skill UX + surface every local skill with real file count
Iterating on the local-skill import flow that just landed. Three fixes
shipped together because they all surfaced while testing the same code
path on the Skills page.
UX — fold runtime import into the existing "+ Add Skill" dialog
- Drop the standalone HardDrive icon button + the empty-state
"Import From Runtime" buttons. Adding a skill is now a single entry
point: the "+" header button (or empty-state button) opens one dialog
with three tabs: Create / Import URL / From Runtime.
- Extract the runtime-import body into RuntimeLocalSkillImportPanel so
it can mount inline as a tab. The standalone Dialog wrapper stays for
the per-runtime "Import this skill" flow on the agent skills tab,
which preselects runtime + skill and benefits from its own modal.
- Cap the dialog at max-h-[85vh] with a scrollable tabs body so the
From-Runtime tab (runtime selector + skill list + name/description
form) no longer overflows the screen on shorter displays.
- Filter the runtime selector to runtimes the caller owns. Other users'
runtimes were listed but the import endpoint rejects them anyway,
matching the Runtimes page's "Mine" default.
- The selected-runtime label in the trigger now shows the runtime name
(`Claude (MacBook-Air.local) (claude)`) instead of the raw UUID — the
shadcn SelectValue needs explicit children when items don't render
the bare value as their label.
- Drop the placeholder Sparkles icon to the left of the skill name /
description inputs in the detail header — it was decorative noise.
Daemon — surface every installed local skill and report the right count
- listRuntimeLocalSkills used filepath.WalkDir, which silently dropped
every symlinked skill via the os.ModeSymlink early return. Skill
installers like lark-cli ship every skill at ~/.agents/skills/<name>
and symlink each one into ~/.claude/skills/, so users with dozens of
skills only saw the few they had cloned in place. Switch to ReadDir
+ os.Stat (which follows symlinks) on the runtime root.
- collectLocalSkillFiles also failed for symlinked skill dirs because
filepath.WalkDir does not descend into a symlinked root, so every
such skill reported 0 files. Resolve the skill dir via EvalSymlinks
before walking.
- Bundle file count purposely excludes SKILL.md (it travels in the
bundle's `Content` field to avoid duplication on import). The summary
now adds 1 back so the user-facing count matches the real file total
— every skill has SKILL.md, we just required it to be parseable.
Tests
- New TestListRuntimeLocalSkills_FollowsSymlinkedSkillDirs seeds a
shared installer dir, symlinks one skill into the runtime root, and
asserts both regular and symlinked skills come back with the right
source path (~/.claude/...) and metadata.
- TestListRuntimeLocalSkills_Claude updated to expect file_count = 2
(one supporting file + SKILL.md) and a comment explains the +1 split.
* test(skills): drive new Add Skill dialog flow in skills-page test
Old test asserted the standalone "Import From Runtime" button. The PR
folded that into the unified "+ Add skill" dialog as the third tab, so
the test now opens the dialog, switches to the "From Runtime" tab, and
asserts the same end state.
Also stub useAuthStore so the runtime panel's "Mine"-only filter sees
the seeded runtime owner (user-1).
* fix(daemon): list nested skills, not just depth-1 entries
Per #1480 review (MUL-1246): switching listRuntimeLocalSkills from
filepath.WalkDir to flat ReadDir lost coverage for nested skill
layouts. opencode stores skills as e.g. `release/reporter/SKILL.md`,
and loadRuntimeLocalSkillBundle accepts that slash-delimited key, so
the import dialog could no longer surface skills the load endpoint
was perfectly happy to fetch.
Replace the flat ReadDir with a recursive enumerator that:
- Follows symlinks at every level (so installer-style symlinked skill
trees still work — that was the original reason for moving off
WalkDir).
- Short-circuits at every SKILL.md: a directory that qualifies as a
skill is registered, and its children are NOT scanned for further
skills. Stale nested SKILL.md files inside a parent skill's bundle
stay part of that bundle.
- Caps recursion at maxLocalSkillDirDepth=4 (covers opencode's depth=2
with headroom) and tracks visited resolved paths so a cyclic symlink
can't loop forever.
New regression test seeds both a top-level skill (with a decoy
SKILL.md inside its templates dir) and a depth-2 nested skill, and
asserts the walker registers exactly two keys — "top" and
"release/reporter" — with the inner templates SKILL.md correctly
ignored.
