Eve 0e01d1d95c docs(agent): correct cachedDiscovery's key comment after path scoping ...

The doc said the cache is keyed on providerType only, which the MUL-5471
change made false — every dynamic-discovery caller now builds its key with
discoveryCacheKey(provider, executablePath). Review nit from PR #6112.
