Naiyuan Qing bee632552a fix(analytics): restore card spacing on the usage tab (#6579) ...

#6564 dropped the subtitle line on the usage tab and took the
TabsContent's space-y-5 with it, leaving the KPI row, trend card,
and leaderboard stacked with no gap. Put the spacing back.
