The zh-Hans title "加入我们的 Discord" renders 124.8px at 14px Inter +
PingFang SC, against a 128px label budget in the sidebar footer strip. That
fits only at the default 256px sidebar; the sidebar is user-resizable down to
200px, so anyone who has narrowed it sees "加入我们的 Dis...".
Drop the possessive, matching ja ("Discord に参加") and ko
("Discord 참여하기"), which already omit it. This also fixes a Chinese voice
violation: conventions.mdx lists "我们的" as translation-ese to avoid.
New width is 82.8px, leaving 45px of headroom at the default sidebar and
still fitting well below it.
