- Create TelegramConnectQR component (fetches short code from Gateway)
- Export reusable hooks/components from qr-code.tsx
- Update ChannelsTab with Telegram QR card
- Rewrite ConnectStep for QR-based flow (replaces BotFather token input)
- Re-add ConnectStep to onboarding: Privacy → Provider → Channels → Start
