Naiyuan Qing 1e4cd346ef fix(web): resolve agents/page.tsx merge conflict with dev (avatar upload feature) ...

Keep ActorAvatar for agent list/detail avatars over dev's inline
img+initials. Also unify the new avatar upload preview to use
ActorAvatar instead of getInitials helper.
