* docs(changelog): add v0.3.32 entry for the 2026-06-29 release (MUL-3840) Lands the daily release notes for v0.3.32 in all four landing locales (en / zh-Hans / ko / ja). Groups today's PRs by Feature / Improvement / Bug Fix with product-oriented wording, keeping technical commit jargon out of the user-facing changelog.
