Jiayuan 6ee034c6e9 merge: resolve conflicts after merging main ...

Adapt runtime features (usage tracking, ping, heartbeat) to main's
multi-workspace architecture. Update frontend imports from @multica/types
to @/shared/types after the package consolidation.
