* docs(changelog): add v0.4.21 release entry (2026-08-07) (MUL-5865) Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai> * docs(changelog): rewrite v0.4.21 title in noun-phrase house style (MUL-5865) The second half of the title was a colloquial clause ('Analytics 把花费和 报错分开看') instead of the parallel noun phrases every prior entry uses (0.4.20 '钉钉机器人、Mika 带你上手、每次运行的 token 花费'). Rewrite all four locales to the same shape and cover the third headline item of the day (prompt slimming) that the old title dropped.
