Added support for reply/root in nip 10 in getParent

And changed so that if a kind 1 replies to a non kind 1, its still shown as a dummy post, with message saying they replied to a non kind 1.

fixed two issues - gStore and getParent
...
initialized gStore for --request case
And, fixed getParent for event, since otherwise it would return wrong parent. Now it would result in a dummy parent, as it should.
