nicole pardal 1ca608bcd1 embeddings: added embedding command for cl (#12795)

This PR introduces a new ollama embed command that allows users to generate embeddings directly from the command line.

Added ollama embed MODEL [TEXT...] command for generating text embeddings
Supports both direct text arguments and stdin piping for scripted workflows

Outputs embeddings as JSON arrays (one per line)

#### Multiline input
For multiline input, you can wrap text with `"""`:

### Generate embeddings

### Download a model
```

### Remove a model

### List models

### Create a customized model
First, create a `Modelfile`
```

Then run `ollama create`:

```
### List running models

### Stop a running model

### Start Ollama
