rpc: Argument name consistency
The meaning is clear from the context, and we're inconsistent here. Also save typing when using named arguments. - `bitcoinaddress` -> `address` - `bitcoinprivkey` -> `privkey` - `bitcoinpubkey` -> `pubkey`
