Pull request description:

  Before this commit:

  ```c++
  for (std::map<T1, T2>::iterator x = y.begin(); x != y.end(); ++x) {
      T1 z = (*x).first;
      …
  }
  ```

  After this commit:

  ```c++
  for (auto& x : y) {
      T1 z = x.first;
      …
  }
  ```
