a2b1c86903 txospenderindex: disable bloom filters to optimize disk usage
LevelDB bloom filters are only consulted on Get point reads.
They are not consulted for iterator seeks.
txospenderindex only reads via iterator seeks, so building
them is wasted effort and space.

aa021b26f3 validation: randomly compact chainstate
Full chainstate flushes are convenient maintenance points for long-term LevelDB cleanup because the chainstate was just written.
Randomize the trigger so nodes that flush near the same height do not compact together.

Add blocking chainstate compaction through `CCoinsViewDB::CompactFull()` and give each post-IBD full flush on the normal chainstate a 1/320 chance to start compaction.
With hourly flushes this averages roughly every two weeks and makes a six-month miss about one in a million.
This keeps the schedule stateless and leaves last-compaction height or timestamp bookkeeping out of chainstate metadata.

b10889d107 coins: test chainstate flush baseline
Add `CDBWrapper::GetProperty()` and expose it through `CCoinsViewDB::GetDBProperty()` so coins tests can inspect LevelDB runtime properties through the coins view.
Use it in a coins DB flush baseline that records the LevelDB layout after flushing while keeping readback coverage for the flushed coin and best block.

Pull request description:

`ShrinkDebugFile` now takes the logging mutex for its entire run; though it's only called in init so shouldn't have any races in the first place.

Adds a `NO_RATE_LIMIT` tag that can be used with info/warning/error logs to avoid rate-limiting. This allows `LogPrintLevel_` to be restricted to being an internal API.

The `GetLogCategory` function is moved out of the global namespace.

`ShouldLog` is split into separate `ShouldDebugLog` and `ShouldTraceLog` so that filtering checks are somewhat more enforced via function signature checks.

  Redundant `LogAcceptCategory` function is removed.

More files are pointed at util/log.h instead of logging.h.

Pull request description:

  Inspired by https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/34866#issuecomment-4090291488.

We currently don't have a dedicated harness targeting `CDBWrapper`. OSS-Fuzz has a [rudimentary harness](https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/blob/master/projects/leveldb/fuzz_db.cc) for levelDB [which fails](https://issues.oss-fuzz.com/issues/447252244), so doesn't appear maintained.

This PR adds a harness targeting `CDBWrapper` against an in-memory oracle to verify correctness.

A `DeterministicEnv` wraps levelDB's `memenv` to eliminate non-determinism by capturing background compaction and running it at fuzzer-chosen points.
The fuzzer also controls the cache_bytes and max_file_size sizes so that small values trigger memtable flushes and compaction.

032223f403 dbwrapper: reuse iterator scratch stream
`CDBIterator::Seek()` and `CDBIterator::GetValue()` only need a temporary owning buffer for immediate use.

Keep one preallocated `DataStream` scratch member on the non-copyable iterator and guard each use with `ScopedDataStreamUsage`.
`SeekImpl()` consumes the serialized key during the immediate LevelDB seek, and `GetValue()` still copies LevelDB value bytes into the owning scratch stream before in-place deobfuscation.

A single stream is enough because these methods cannot overlap on the same iterator without re-entering or concurrently using it, which the guard asserts against.
The preceding test covers repeated seeks and failed value deserialization followed by a successful read from the same entry.

7403c0f907 dbwrapper: guard CDBBatch scratch streams
`CDBBatch` already owns key and value serialization buffers, but manually reserved and cleared them on each call.

Reserve those scratch buffers once in the constructor, then guard `Write()` and `Erase()` use with `ScopedDataStreamUsage`, requiring empty streams on entry and clearing them on every exit path.
`WriteImpl()` and `EraseImpl()` pass the bytes immediately to LevelDB's write batch, which copies them and does not retain pointers.

`Clear()` now asserts the guards left both scratch streams clean.

5de2f97a05 dbwrapper: use `SpanReader` for iterator keys (Lőrinc)
f0e498af5c test: cover failed `CDBIterator::GetKey()` deserialization (Lőrinc)

Pull request description:

  ### Problem
`CDBIterator::GetKey()` only deserializes the current LevelDB key once and `GetKeyImpl()` already exposes that key as a contiguous borrowed byte span, and `GetKey()` creates a fresh local reader and only performs immediate forward reads before returning.

The copied `DataStream` currently insulates the iterator entry from a failed decode, so switching to a borrowed reader is only safe if a deserialization failure still returns false and leaves the same key/value readable afterward.

  > [!NOTE]
  > The same simplification does not apply to `GetValue()`, because that path deobfuscates the value bytes in place first and still needs an owning mutable buffer.

  ### Fix
Add a preparatory test with an invalid reads and checks that the failed decode [does not consume](eb85cacd29/src/leveldb/include/leveldb/iterator.h (L60-L62)) the current iterator entry.
Then switch `GetKey()` to `SpanReader` so the key bytes are read in place instead of being copied into a temporary `DataStream`.

This keeps the same exception swallowing and `bool` return semantics while avoiding the extra allocation and copy.

5de2f97a05 dbwrapper: use SpanReader for iterator keys
`CDBIterator::GetKey()` only deserializes the current LevelDB key once.
`GetKeyImpl()` already exposes the current key as a contiguous borrowed byte span, and `GetKey()` creates a fresh local reader and only performs immediate forward reads before returning.

Switch this path to `SpanReader` so the key bytes are read in place instead of being copied into a temporary `DataStream`.
This keeps the same exception swallowing and `bool` return semantics while avoiding the extra allocation and copy.

The preceding test locks down the subtle safety property that matters here: a failed decode must not consume the current iterator entry.
Note that the same simplification does not apply to `GetValue()`, because that path deobfuscates the value bytes in place first and still needs an owning mutable buffer.

af0ee28eb6 refactor: use _MiB consistently for Mebibyte conversions
Replace hard-coded MiB byte conversions (e.g. `1024*1024`, `1<<20`, `1048576`) with the existing `_MiB` literal to improve readability and avoid repeating constants.
In the few spots where arithmetic involves signed values, the result is identical to the previous code assuming those quantities never turn negative.

Also switch to brace init on every declaration assigned from `_MiB`/`_GiB` literals so a future oversized value (e.g. `unsigned int x{4096_MiB}`) becomes a compile error through the C++11 narrowing check instead of silently truncating.

Extend unit tests to cover the 32-bit `size_t` overflow boundary and to assert equivalence for integer and floating-point conversions.

50b63a5698 refactor: inline constant return value of CDBWrapper::WriteBatch
`WriteBatch` can only ever return `true` - its errors are handled by throwing a `throw dbwrapper_error` instead.
The boolean return value is quite confusing, especially since it's symmetric with `CDBWrapper::Read`, which catches the exceptions and returns a boolean instead.
We're removing the constant return value and inlining `true` for its usages.

Since `FastRandomContext` delegates to `GetRandBytes` anyway, we can simplify new key generation to a Write/Read combo, unifying the flow of enabling obfuscation via `Read`.

The comments were also adjusted to clarify that the `m_obfuscation` field affects the behavior of `Read` and `Write` methods.

These changes are meant to simplify the diffs for the riskier optimization commits later.

e419b0e17f refactor: Remove manual CDBBatch size estimation
Remove the manual batch size estimation logic (`SizeEstimate()` method and `size_estimate` member) from `CDBBatch`.
Size is now determined solely by the `ApproximateSize()` method introduced in the previous commit, which delegates to the native LevelDB function.

The manual calculation is no longer necessary as LevelDB now provides this functionality directly, and the previous commit verified that the native function's results matched the manual estimation.

Assertions comparing the two methods are removed from `txdb.cpp`.

8b5e19d8b5 refactor: Delegate to LevelDB for CDBBatch size estimation
Serialized batch size can be queried via the underlying LevelDB implementation calling the native `leveldb::WriteBatch::ApproximateSize()`.

The previous manual calculation was added in e66dbde6d1 as part of https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/10195. At that time (April 2017), the version of LevelDB used by Bitcoin Core (and even the latest source) lacked a native function for this. LevelDB added this capability in 69e2bd224b, merged later that year.

The old manual estimation method (`SizeEstimate()`) is kept temporarily in this commit, and assertions are added in `txdb.cpp` to verify its results against `ApproximateSize()` during batch writes. This ensures the native function behaves as expected before removing the manual calculation in the subsequent commit.

fa720b94be refactor: Return std::span from MakeByteSpan
In theory this commit should only touch the span.h header, because
std::span can implicilty convert into Span in most places, if needed.

However, at least when using the clang compiler, there are some
false-positive lifetimebound warnings and some implicit conversions can
not be resolved.

Thus, this refactoring commit also changed the affected places to
replace Span with std::span.

b73d331937 dbwrapper: Bump max file size to 32 MiB
The default max file size for LevelDB is 2 MiB, which results in the
LevelDB compaction code generating ~4 disk cache flushes per second when
syncing with the Bitcoin network.
These disk cache flushes are triggered by fdatasync() syscall issued by the
LevelDB compaction code when reaching the max file size.

If the database is on a HDD this flush rate brings the whole system to a
crawl.
It also results in very slow throughput since 2 MiB * 4 flushes per second
is about 8 MiB / second max throughput, while even an old HDD can pull
100 - 200 MiB / second streaming throughput.

Increase the max file size for LevelDB to 32 MiB instead so the flush rate
drops significantly and the system no longer gets so sluggish.

The new max file size value chosen is a compromise between the one that
works best for HDD and SSD performance, as determined by benchmarks done by
various people.

Pull request description:

Leveldb headers are currently included in the `dbwrapper.h` file and thus available to many of Bitcoin Core's source files. However, leveldb-specific functionality should be abstracted by the `dbwrapper` and does not need to be available to the rest of the code. Having leveldb included in a widely-used header such as `dbwrapper.h` bloats the entire project's header tree.

The `dbwrapper` is a key component of the libbitcoinkernel library. Future users of this library would not want to contend with having the leveldb headers exposed and potentially polluting their project's namespace.

For these reasons, the leveldb headers are removed from the `dbwrapper` by moving leveldb-specific code to the implementation file and creating a [pimpl](https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/language/pimpl) where leveldb member variables are indispensable. As a final step, the leveldb include flags are removed from the `BITCOIN_INCLUDES` and moved to places where the dbwrapper is compiled.

  ---

This pull request is part of the [libbitcoinkernel project](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/27587), and more specifically its stage 1 step 3 "Decouple most non-consensus headers from libbitcoinkernel".

c95b37d641 refactor: Move CDBWrapper leveldb members to their own context struct
The context of this commit is an effort to decouple the dbwrapper header
file from leveldb includes. To this end, the includes are moved to the
dbwrapper implementation file. This is done as part of the kernel
project to reduce the number of required includes for users of the
kernel.
