f395acdeee scripted-diff: Rename Sock::{RECV,SEND,ERR}
The `ERR` macro is defined on illumos-based systems in the `regset.h`
header included by the Boost.Test framework, which causes a compilation
error.

855a3fee88 scripted-diff: Rename SteadyClockContext to FakeSteadyClock
SteadyClockContext and FakeNodeClock are both LimitOne RAII helpers that mock a
clock in tests -- the steady clock and the node clock, respectively. Rename the
former so the two follow a consistent FakeXClock naming scheme.

fa03852e9c test: Use SteadyClockContext in pcp_tests
This is easier to reason about, because it will automatically take care
of properly setting INITIAL_MOCK_TIME in the ctor. Also, it allows to
drop the ElapseTime and replace it with a call to operator+=()

dbbb780af0 test: move and simplify BOOST_CHECK ostream helpers
Move the operator<< overloads used by BOOST_CHECK_* out of the
unit test machinery test/setup_common, into test/util/common.h.

And replace the individual per-type ToString() overloads with
a single concept-constrained template that covers any type
exposing a ToString() method. This is important to not add
uint256.h and transaction_identifier.h dependencies to the
shared test/util/common.h file.

fa942332b4 scripted-diff: Bump copyright headers after std::span changes
Historically, the headers have been bumped some time after a file has
been touched. Do it now to avoid having to touch them again in the
future for that reason.
