facb152697 scripted-diff: Bump copyright headers after include changes 
Historically, the headers have been bumped some time after a file has
been touched. Do it now to avoid having to touch them again in the
future for that reason.

fae71d30f7 clang-tidy: Apply modernize-deprecated-headers 
This can be reproduced according to the developer notes with something
like

( cd ./src/ && ../contrib/devtools/run-clang-tidy.py -p ../bld-cmake -fix -j $(nproc) )

Also, the header related changes were done manually.

7825b8b9ae coins: pass linked list of flagged entries to BatchWrite 
BatchWrite now iterates through the linked
list of flagged entries instead of the entire
coinsCache map.

df34a94e57 refactor: encapsulate flags access for dirty and fresh checks 
No behavior change. This prepares moving the cache entry flags field
to private access.

3c9cea1340 Add simulation-based CCoinsViewCache fuzzer 
The fuzzer goes through a sequence of operations that get applied to both a
real stack of CCoinsViewCache objects, and to simulation data, comparing
the two at the end.
