Historically, the headers have been bumped some time after a file has
been touched. Do it now to avoid having to touch them again in the
future for that reason.

This can be reproduced according to the developer notes with something
like
( cd ./src/ && ../contrib/devtools/run-clang-tidy.py -p ../bld-cmake -fix -j $(nproc) )
Also, the header related changes were done manually.
Making the `GenerateRandomKey` helper available to other modules via
key.{h.cpp} allows us to create random private keys directly at
instantiation of CKey, in contrast to the two-step process of creating
the instance and then having to call `MakeNewKey(...)`.
83a425d25a compressor: use a prevector in compressed script serialization (William Casarin)
Pull request description:
This function was doing millions of unnecessary heap allocations during IBD.
I'm start to catalog unnecessary heap allocations as a pet project of mine: as-zero-as-possible-alloc IBD. This is one small step.

~should I type alias this?~ *I type aliased it*
This is a part of the Zero Allocations Project #18849 (ZAP1). This code came up as a place where many allocations occur.

Use a prevector for stack allocation instead of heap allocation during
script compression and decompression. These functions were doing
millions of unnecessary heap allocations during IBD.
We introduce a CompressedScript type alias for this prevector. It is
size 33 as that is the maximum size of a compressed script.
Fix the DecompressScript header to match the variable name from
compressor.cpp

Make sure that chainparams and logging is properly initialized. Doing
this for every test may be overkill, but this initialization is so
simple that that does not matter.
This should fix the travis issues.

Fixes#3848
Use misc methods of avoiding unnecesary header includes.
Replace int typedefs with int##_t from stdint.h.
Replace PRI64[xdu] with PRI[xdu]64 from inttypes.h.
Normalize QT_VERSION ifs where possible.
Resolve some indirect dependencies as direct ones.
Remove extern declarations from .cpp files.
Special serializer/deserializer for amount values. It is optimized for
values which have few non-zero digits in decimal representation. Most
amounts currently in the txout set take only 1 or 2 bytes to
represent.
