f11a7d248c gui: Add restore_and_migrate function to restore then migrate a wallet
restore_and_migrate first restores a wallet file to the wallets
directory in the expected layout, then it performs legacy to descriptor
wallet migration on the restored wallet.

b789907346 wallet: migration, avoid creating spendable wallet from a watch-only legacy wallet
Currently, the migration process creates a brand-new descriptor wallet with no
connection to the user's legacy wallet when the legacy wallet lacks key material
and contains only watch-only scripts. This behavior is not aligned with user
expectations. If the legacy wallet contains only watch-only scripts, the migration
process should only generate a watch-only wallet instead.

a965f2bc07 gui: fix crash when closing wallet
The crash occurs because 'WalletController::removeAndDeleteWallet' is called
twice for the same wallet model: first in the GUI's button connected function
'WalletController::closeWallet', and then again when the backend emits the
'WalletModel::unload' signal.

This causes the issue because 'removeAndDeleteWallet' inlines an
erase(std::remove()). So, if 'std::remove' returns an iterator to the end
(indicating the element wasn't found because it was already erased), the
subsequent call to 'erase' leads to an undefined behavior.

4f74c59334 util: Move util/string.h functions to util namespace
There are no changes to behavior. Changes in this commit are all additions, and
are easiest to review using "git diff -U0 --word-diff-regex=." options.

Motivation for this change is to keep util functions with really generic names
like "Split" and "Join" out of the global namespace so it is easier to see
where these functions are defined, and so they don't interfere with function
overloading, especially since the util library is a dependency of the kernel
library and intended to be used with external code.

dc9d662683 Merge bitcoin/bitcoin#25235: GetExternalSigner(): fail if multiple signers are found
292b1a3e9c GetExternalSigner(): fail if multiple signers are found (amadeuszpawlik)

Pull request description:

  just pick the first one in the list. If the user has two or more
  hardware wallets connected at the same time, he might not notice this.

  This PR adds a check and fails with suitable message, forcing the user to disconnect all but one external signer, so that there is no ambiguity as to which external signer was used.

a23cca56c0 refactor: Replace BResult with util::Result
Rename `BResult` class to `util::Result` and update the class interface to be
more compatible with `std::optional` and with a full-featured result class
implemented in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/25665. Motivation for
this change is to update existing `BResult` usages now so they don't have to
change later when more features are added in #25665.

This change makes the following improvements originally implemented in #25665:

- More explicit API. Drops potentially misleading `BResult` constructor that
  treats any bilingual string argument as an error. Adds `util::Error`
  constructor so it is never ambiguous when a result is being assigned an error
  or non-error value.

- Better type compatibility. Supports `util::Result<bilingual_str>` return
  values to hold translated messages which are not errors.

- More standard and consistent API. `util::Result` supports most of the same
  operators and methods as `std::optional`. `BResult` had a less familiar
  interface with `HasRes`/`GetObj`/`ReleaseObj` methods. The Result/Res/Obj
  naming was also not internally consistent.

- Better code organization. Puts `src/util/` code in the `util::` namespace so
  naming reflects code organization and it is obvious where the class is coming
  from. Drops "B" from name because it is undocumented what it stands for
  (bilingual?)

- Has unit tests.

Pull request description:

  Big picture overview in [this gist](https://gist.github.com/Sjors/29d06728c685e6182828c1ce9b74483d).

  This PR adds GUI support for external signers, based on the since merged bitcoin/bitcoin#16546 (RPC).

  The UX isn't amazing - especially the blocking calls - but it works.

  First we adds a GUI setting for the signer script (e.g. path to HWI):

  <img width="625" alt="Schermafbeelding 2019-08-05 om 19 32 59" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/10217/62483415-e1ff1680-b7b7-11e9-97ca-8d2ce54ca1cb.png">

  Then we add an external signer checkbox to the wallet creation dialog:

  <img width="374" alt="Schermafbeelding 2019-11-07 om 19 17 23" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/10217/68416387-b57ee000-0194-11ea-9730-127d60273008.png">

  It's checked by default if HWI detects a device. It also grabs the name. It then creates a fresh wallet and imports the keys.

  You can verify an address on the device (blocking...):
  <img width="673" alt="Schermafbeelding 2019-08-05 om 19 29 22" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/10217/62483560-43bf8080-b7b8-11e9-9902-8a036116dc4b.png">

  Sending, including coin selection, Just Works(tm) as long the device is present.

  ~External signer support is enabled by default when the GUI is configured and Boost::Process is present.~

  External signer support remains disabled by default, see https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/21935.

e4f4350471 refactor: Move wallet methods out of chain.h and node.h
Add WalletClient interface so node interface is cleaner and don't need
wallet-specific methods.

The new NodeContext::wallet_client pointer will also be needed to eliminate
global wallet variables like ::vpwallets, because createWallet(), loadWallet(),
getWallets(), etc methods called by the GUI need a way to get a reference to
the list of open wallets if it is no longer a global variable.

Also tweaks splash screen registration for load wallet events to be delayed
until after wallet client is created.
