faccf8b1e1 refactor: Enable -Wswitch for FeeEstimateHorizon (MarcoFalke)

Pull request description:

  This enables the `-Wswitch` compiler warning for `FeeEstimateHorizon` by removing the `default` case in `switch` statements.
