Pull request description:

  This PR:
  1. Specifies Objective C/C++ compilers for `native_qt` package.
  2. Removes the `-t` option, which is incompatible with `mv` on macOS.

  Fixes https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/32208.
