Fast connect and disconnecting is brutal sometime.

What's new?
===========
- An whitelist to only allow some event authors to be published with
  this bouncer.
- Orphan sockets feature to make stuff fast & not so easy to abuse,
  therefore reducing the amount of reconnects.
