fftools/cmdutils: Print bit depths when executing 'ffmpeg -pix_fmts'

Pixel formats:
I.... = Supported Input  format for conversion
.O... = Supported Output format for conversion
..H.. = Hardware accelerated format
...P. = Paletted format
....B = Bitstream format
