Stefano Sabatini c5c20ae436 Make wmaprodec.c:decode_init() return AVERROR_INVALIDDATA / ...

AVERROR_PATCHWELCOME in case of invalid / unsupported number of
channels specified, rather than return AVERROR_NOTSUPP.
