fix(views): remove redundant issue identifier from breadcrumb navigation

The issue detail page breadcrumb showed both the issue identifier and title (e.g. "MUL-1567 Title"), making the ID appear twice. Remove the standalone identifier span so only the title is displayed.
fix(desktop): show git-described version in dev instead of stale 0.1.0 (#1867 )
