Pull request description:

  From GCC [docs](https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-9.2.0/gcc/Warning-Options.html):
  > `-Wsuggest-override`
  > Warn about overriding virtual functions that are not marked with the override keyword.
