Instead of creating a DescriptorSPKM that doesn't have a descriptor,
only to then generate the descriptor, combine SetupDescriptorGeneration
into the GenerateNewSingleSig factory function, and within that
function, generate the descriptor first before constructing the new
DescriptorSPKM.

Pull request description:
Instead of constructing ScriptPubKeyMans with no data, and then loading data as we find it, we should gather everything first and then load it all on construction. If there actually is no data and we want to setup generation, then that should also occur in a constructor rather than afterwards.
This change is only applied to DescriptorScriptPubKeyMan and ExternalSignerScriptPubKeyMan, and should be done for any ScriptPubKeyMans added in the future. I don't think it's really worth it to do this for LegacyScriptPubKeyMan since it would make loading performance worse (or cause layer violations) and it's (supposed to be) going away soon.

Replace the sign, finalize , bip32derivs and sighash_type arguments which
are passed to FillPSBT() and SignPSBTInput() with a PSBTFillOptions struct.
This makes it easier to add additional options later without large code
churn, such as avoid_script_path proposed in #32857. It also makes the
use of default boolean options safer compared to positional arguments
that can easily get mixed up.
Instead of throwing a runtime error, let the caller decide how to handle a missing signer.
GUI code was already in place to handle this, but it was unused until this commit.
Fixes#32426
Additionally use LogWarning instead of std::cerr.
Instead of having the caller have to figure out the correct sane default
to provide to FillPSBT, have FillPSBT do that by having it take the
sighash type as an optional. This further allows it to distinguish
between an explicit sighash type being provided and expecting the
default value to be used.
Add TransactionError to node namespace and include it directly instead of
relying on indirect include through common/messages.h
This is a followup to a previous commit which moved the TransactionError enum.
These changes were done in a separate followup just to keep the previous commit
more minimal and easy to review.
Add separate PSBTError enum instead of reusing TransactionError enum for PSBT
operations, and drop unused error codes. The error codes returned by PSBT
operations and transaction broadcast functions mostly do not overlap, so using
an unified enum makes it harder to call any of these functions and know which
errors actually need to be handled.
Define PSBTError in the common library because PSBT functionality is
implemented in the common library and used by both the node (for rawtransaction
RPCs) and the wallet.
Both RPC and GUI now render a useful error message instead of (silently) failing.
Replace bool with util::Result<void> to clarify that this either succeeds or returns an error message.
Since the kernel library no longer depends on the system file, move it
to the common library instead in accordance to the diagram in
doc/design/libraries.md.
This commit effectively moves the definition of these constants
out of the chainparamsbase to their own file.
Using the ChainType enums provides better type safety compared to
passing around strings.
The commit is part of an ongoing effort to decouple the libbitcoinkernel
library from the ArgsManager and other functionality that should not be
part of the kernel library.
This is an extraction of ArgsManager related functions from util/system
into their own common file.
Config file related functions are moved to common/config.cpp.
The background of this commit is an ongoing effort to decouple the
libbitcoinkernel library from the ArgsManager. The ArgsManager belongs
into the common library, since the kernel library should not depend on
it. See doc/design/libraries.md for more information on this rationale.
If there are multiple external signers, `GetExternalSigner()` will
just pick the first one in the list. If the user has two or more
hardware wallets connected at the same time, he might not notice this.
This PR adds a check and fails with suitable message.

Pull request description:
Builds on top of #22051, adding signing support after derivation support.
Nothing is changed in descriptor features. Signing works for key path and script path spending, through the normal sending functions, and PSBT-based RPCs. However, PSBT usability is rather low as no extensions have been defined to convey Taproot-specific information, so all script information must be known to the signing wallet.

This commit moves the ExternalSigner class and RPC methods out of the wallet module.
The enumeratesigners RPC can be used without a wallet since #21417.
With additional modifications external signers could be used without a wallet in general, e.g. via signrawtransaction.
The signerdisplayaddress RPC is ranamed to walletdisplayaddress because it requires wallet context.
A future displayaddress RPC call without wallet context could take a descriptor argument.
This commit fixes a rpc_help.py failure when configured with --disable-wallet.
