Sebastian Falbesoner 2ce7b47958 test: introduce tx_from_hex helper for tx deserialization 
`FromHex` is mostly used for transactions, so we introduce a
shortcut `tx_from_hex` for `FromHex(CTransaction, hex_str)`.
