dbe2999f0a Update ontvtonight.com guide Api and channels. 
This site is protected with AWS WAF, so to be able to scrape the guide
WAF token must be provided in `aws-waf-token` cookie.

Currenlty the token is solved using https://github.com/tohenk/node-awswaf.

c3cff044d5 Update mojmaxtv.hrvatskitelekom.hr guide Api and channels. 
Request headers now requires `X-Txn-Id` which is the sha256 checksum of
`X-Request-Tracking-Id`, `X-Request-Session-Id`, `Device-Id`, and `X-Call-Time`.

5fe9a8eb17 Properly generate TV schedule URL when redirected. 
On www.tvpassport.com when schedule redirected to new URL, the requested date
stripped from new URL so the fetched schedules only valid for current date.

If URL was redirected, simply use the new URL with requested date appended.
