feat: detect nostr identifiers without prefix in paste handler

Enhanced the paste handler to detect and convert nostr identifiers
even when pasted without the "nostr:" prefix.

Supported formats:
- note1... / nostr:note1...
- nevent1... / nostr:nevent1...
- naddr1... / nostr:naddr1...
- npub1... / nostr:npub1...
- nprofile1... / nostr:nprofile1...

Profile identifiers (npub/nprofile) are converted to @ mentions
using the existing mention system, while event identifiers are
converted to the new EventMentionNode preview chips.

All identifiers are normalized to include the "nostr:" prefix
when stored, ensuring consistent serialization.
