Enable chat/comment functionality for all event kinds through the base event renderer menu. Each kind automatically routes to its appropriate adapter. Key changes: - Add chat menu item to all events (not just kind 1) - Smart adapter routing: kind 1 → NIP-10, kind 30311 → NIP-53, kind 39000 → NIP-29, all others → NIP-22 - Remove "Commenting on:" label from NIP-22 root messages - Remove 10 relay limit in NIP-22 adapter for better coverage - Preserve addressable event format (naddr) where appropriate Files changed: - BaseEventRenderer.tsx: Universal chat action with smart routing - ChatViewer.tsx: Simplified root message display - nip-22-adapter.ts: Removed relay limit
