Claude 2a07db4fae fix: put author name above content in root post, hide load older for NIP-22

- Move author/timestamp header above KindRenderer content in root posts
- Also exclude NIP-22 from showing "Load older" button (like NIP-10)
  since all replies are loaded with the root post

Grimoire

A Nostr protocol explorer and developer tool with a tiling window manager interface.
