Updates communikey participant resolution to be based on real activity rather than just role tags from the kind 10222 event. Changes: - Added fetchCommunikeyParticipants() to fetch recent kind 9 messages and extract unique message senders - Updated buildCommunikeyParticipants() to: 1. Set communikey pubkey as "host" (always first) 2. Add role-based participants from config with their roles 3. Add recent message senders as "member" role - Ensures proper display names from kind 0 profile metadata This provides a more accurate representation of who is actually active in the community, while still respecting explicit roles from the communikey configuration.
