Claude 645e12cddc fix: prevent race conditions in useProfile hook ...

- Replace mounted boolean flag with AbortController pattern
- Check abort signal before initiating database writes
- Proper cleanup on unmount/pubkey change

This prevents stale data from being written to IndexedDB when:
- Component unmounts during async operations
- Pubkey changes while a fetch is in progress
