Implements persistent emoji frequency tracking to improve emoji suggestions: - Add EmojiFrequency table to Dexie (v16) with migration from localStorage - Create EmojiFrequencyService for recording and querying usage - Add useEmojiFrequency hook for React components - Add cold start defaults (thumbsup, heart, fire, joy, zap, 100, rocket, eyes) - Update EmojiPickerDialog to use IndexedDB instead of localStorage - Track emoji usage in MentionEditor autocomplete - Track emoji usage in ChatMessageContextMenu reactions Features: - Tracks both unicode and NIP-30 custom emoji - Persists to IndexedDB for larger storage and native querying - Migrates existing localStorage reaction history on upgrade - Shows sensible defaults on cold start - Adapts to user preferences over time
