Claude 901f7a5746 feat(nip-17): support $me alias and fix conversation title

- Add support for `chat $me` to start a DM with yourself
- Handle $me alias case-insensitively
- Rename internal variable to partnerPubkey for clarity
- Title now correctly shows the partner's display name

A Nostr protocol explorer and developer tool with a tiling window manager interface.
