Claude 9d1c4501f8 merge: resolve conflict with main branch

Merged main branch and resolved conflict in index.tsx by keeping both:
- NIP-66 relay discovery and monitor announcement renderers
- NIP-75 zap goal renderers from main

Grimoire

A Nostr protocol explorer and developer tool with a tiling window manager interface.
